No but I am. There is nothing in President Obama's words or behavior which suggest any form of mental disability.

As for "Panama Law" they appear to be an organized crime operation.

Correct psychological term for Obama would be 'sociopath' and 'narcissistic'.

I would say that any man who volunteered to take on the job of repairing the past 8 years of republican rule:

The worst economy since the great depression
Two unnecessary wars we were utterly dredged into
Almost complete deregulation of the financial industry
Utterly corrupt food safety commission
A gutted EPA and NASA
Trillions stolen and dissapeared into black holes of Bank Bail-outs.

To volunteer to take all that on? Yea maybe a little mental instability there.

We can presume because of who he is any how he got there, same goes (and waay more so for Bush) and plenty of others.The author couldn't even keep their opinions out of their propaganda.

Here is an another incident where he is appointing Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor (horrible choice) and references the constitution as going back 20 centuries.
