i think there can be one of the possible variants:

1. new bacteria was invented for military purposes, & been leaked intentionally or not from a lab.

2. big pharma has gained long-bucky non-stop.

3. Gulf of Mexico awarded us with lovely gift from Mother - Nature per se(so stable & dangerous culture of microorganisms could be derived only from very aggressive environments).
---------------------------
Needlessly to say, #2 variant would be more preferable because has minimal probability to turn on Pandemia.

Or you could go for the most likely scenario that the bug has formed through poor hygiene and carelessness.

Not really, a lot of people have such poor Hygiene it's shocking, you will be amaized how many times i have gone in to a toilet and people walk out without washing their hands, its disgusting and poor hygiene can cause so many problems you wouldn't believe!
And the people who do wash their hands most of the time give it a few second rinse under water, without soap, this isn't good enough, this is just one most common example of poor Hygiene.

Hygiene practices, such as washing your hands, prove the most effective ways to prevent contracting disease and spreading disease, according to the Mayo Clinic and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Your hands are in constant contact with both the environment and your face, providing easy transportation from the surface of an infected object or person to your nose or mouth. Washing your hands with clean running water and soap helps reduce the amount of bacteria on your skin, lessening your chance of contracting diseases such as the common cold, influenza (flu), salmonellosis, hepatitis A, typhoid, streptococcus and staph infections.

This Ecoli outbreak is a new mutation of Ecoli that has never been seen before...

Adaptive mutation is common in E. coli, say IU researchers

Get this. In the news it is stated that a Big Farm in Germany that makes Beansprouts is to blame for the outbreak.

I think they got the wording wrong, It should really read: Big Pharma in Germany spread the E-Coli.

Now we have beansprouts that are carrying E-Coli. Next it will spread to carrots, potatoes, peas etc.

They are methodically demonizing all vegetables and it will soon spread to fruit. To make way for the Ultimate Nutricious Genetically Modified Poison!!
