Or you could go for the most likely scenario that the bug has formed through poor hygiene and carelessness.
new strain, so stable against furious antibiotics, was formed thanks to "poor hygiene", wasn't it so????

no offenses, Bro,
it's perfectly pure holy sh#t
Not really, a lot of people have such poor Hygiene it's shocking, you will be amaized how many times i have gone in to a toilet and people walk out
without washing their hands, its disgusting and poor hygiene can cause so many problems you wouldn't believe!
And the people who do wash their hands most of the time give it a few second rinse under water, without soap, this isn't good enough, this is just
one most common example of poor Hygiene.
Hygiene practices, such as washing your hands, prove the most effective ways to prevent contracting disease and spreading disease, according to
the Mayo Clinic and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Your hands are in constant contact with both the environment and your face,
providing easy transportation from the surface of an infected object or person to your nose or mouth. Washing your hands with clean running water and
soap helps reduce the amount of bacteria on your skin, lessening your chance of contracting diseases such as the common cold, influenza (flu),
salmonellosis, hepatitis A, typhoid, streptococcus and staph infections.
