Metformin is a drug for the control of blood sugar in type II diabetic's. If I am not mistaken it stops the liver from producing glucose during the time when your blood sugar drops and the body produces it's own to balance your system in a normal person. Wow it's just hard to believe they are going to do this. The things ATS folks find out there just amaze me.
