Hi from noobie and question

Hi all

I've been a lurker here for a long time and finally signed up yesterday.

Also just wanted to ask if anyone saw an article published recently where they studied the influence of how much effect people's wealth had in affecting policy decisions? I think they studied US millionaires and came out with a figure that they had roughly 100 times more influence than an average voter.

I've been digging around for ages on the web but can't find it.
