This is quite an unusual time for him to be making a statement (10:30PM EST). It has to be something important/critical, otherwise it could have waited until tomorrow. My guess is that Gadafi is killed and the regime has been overthrown...but I can very easily be wrong. Not really , he has a history of doing this sort of thing, or making decisions at midnight, or doing things over holiday weekend so as for them to go under the radar........
