The debate in Canada over whether to implement the negotiated agreement was very contentious. The opposition Liberal Party of Canada under leader John Turner vociferously opposed the agreement, saying that he would "tear it up" if he were Prime Minister. The opposition New Democratic Party under leader Ed Broadbent also strongly opposed the agreement. Both parties objected that the agreement would erode Canadian sovereignty, arguing that Canada would effectively become the "51st state" of the U.S. if the agreement was implemented.

HARPER CAN NOT SIGN AWAY CANADIAN SOVERIEGNTY!
HARPER CAN NOT STOP A COALITION GOVERNMENT FROM TAKING HIS POWER!
These are both items that require...REQUIRE...the GG's signature...NOT HARPER's!
If Harper wanted to be able to actually do this, he would need to ammend the Canadian Constitution, which requires a minimum of 50% of Canada's population's consent via PROVINCIAL LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITIES.
He would require either Ontario or Quebec to back him 100%...it is NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

Assuming this is true (I'm not going to bother researching this crap), there's nothing to worry about then.
The Letters Patent Constituting the Office of the Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of Canada, 1947 authorize the governor general of Canada to exercise powers and responsibilities belonging to the Sovereign, with the advice of members of the Privy Council. The governor general is non-partisan and non-political.

This is a bunch of BS. It will never happen. Sounds like a bunch of pre-election propaganda to me. The U.S. is going down the tubes economically, Canada is going strong. It would make no sense for this to happen. Canadians are not like Americans, we won't stand for crap from our government. We have the most natural resources in the world and we wont just give them away to the greedy U.S.
I'll say it again, It will never happen

It's all for the Global Corporate Government - with the EU, NAU and Asian states.
All hail Mulroney, Harper and Bush(es).
PS. Check out the terms of NAFTA - everything including information is defined as a commodity for trade, and subject to the terms of international trade. Secrecy and non-transparency are mandated bu the agreement. It's a back door.

I'm thinking since Harper is a proven Bilderberger stooge
and all the other proven stooges have been on the the same page,
and since the docs have been exposed - a corporate take over ...
after his comments on Israel first
I have no doubt Harper will sell Canada out first chance he gets to finish the job..
