Let me get this straight.

They want to spend tax payer money to give out capes to the unemployed.

They want to spend money to drug test the unemployed (spending billions to save thousands).

This is messed up. There even giving away prize money. So I guess the $73,000 is only for a month or so of give aways. What happened to getting people jobs with the money?

Oh come on you guys, Florida tax payers are actually pretty lucky, In my state they probably would have spent 73 million dollars on capes....and then raise the tax on cigarettes or liquor to cover it
