They need to make the capes large enough to make shelters to live in. My only thought.

They can put 73k into red capes, but cut all the funding for education problems.

What a great state I live in!

Proud to be a Floridian (sarcasm)

I can't believe this. This company is winning awards for doing these stunts.
www.hrms.net...

And one of there awards was for Careereoki.

Yep, sure enough!

And the winner was......*Drum Roll*

Unfortunately, it does not provide details if this ended with employment!

But, the tax money they spent on the campaign is long gone.

Listen, you know scientists are given 500,000$ a year under special grants to see how worms poop?...

that's awful
and here i thought that NC's Fed stimulus
funds were misappropriated when they
spent $73,000 on a study to see how monkeys
behaved while on coc aine.

ummmm where did they buy the coc aine from
and how do we know it was given to the monkeys??

the cape thing is just a waste of time and money
like most government programs. I believe they actually
have monkeys coming up with these crappy ideas.

Maybe it was the same monkeys from that coc aine
project.

To be perfectly fair it appears they only spent 16,500 on the capes W/Dr. Evil cut outs......which is still mind boggling. I would hope that there is more to the program than just capes and cardboard cut outs.

Also what you failed to consider was all the jobs brought to Cape Designers and Cardboard cut out Cutters!! Usually they are only employed during Comicon Conventions!!!

To be fair, your right. Some of the money was spent on the "campaign" whatever that is ...
hehe.

I bet the capes were made in China, probably the cutouts also...
However even if they were made in the U.S., (should have been Florida) then I would be willing
to wager a bet they were workers already employed.
