Strange creature on a beach in Japan ( ytube title)

I was asked to ,make a thread on this video. I came across this in ytube and have no idea what it is or if its really from Japan. It certainly is strange though. Maybe a headless walrus ,who knows. Any ideas??

I found a couple of relative vids and I wonder if they are fake, particularly the 2nd one? Quit poking the damn thing
