Introduction - Tarot Card Reader

I have decided to create an account after having read so many articles and lurked for so long on this site. My friend has an account and so I decided to create one as well.

I am a tarot artist and will offer tarot card readings to any one on this site. I plan to make a thread for it eventually and also teach classes. I have been practicing tarot and other "magic" traditions for over 18 years now.

Thanks for the offer, but in nearly forty years of occult study, I've 'been and done' the tarot card stuff. There's things one can learn about ones Self from the practice, sure, but I'd not put my complete faith into it.

Just out of curiosity, do you only use the Major Arcana alone, or the modern pack?

Do a reading for me? Right now, I feel stuck in my life where I am, domesticly, locationally, financially. Am hermetic prettymuch. My whole life has been something which causes me to feel safe, unstressed, unjudged, in my present stasis though, however, so as you might understand, my motivation for busting out of the cocoon is not there. so half of me wants something that the other half of me doesn't. What does your reading show? Will I allow myself to die like this?

You're more than welcome to attempt a reading on me but I'll head you off a bit. Born, very early July 1970, in early morning hours, which puts me in Cancer. I'm empathetic with those who have real reason for need, but I don't shive a git about those who are smart enough to figure it out. I do not have much with regards to financial speak, as I don't like being above others, particularly my friends. I get by; minimalism has helped. Anything that threatens the individuals' right to elevate the status, such as socialism, tweaks me to no end.

Pentacles and Wands tend to be the cards drawn on most of the spreads done for me, yet the interpretations are always off.

I use the Thoth tarot deck designed by Aleister Crowley. I have an original deck with leather case and a modern copy. I use the modern copy for my readings and keep the original deck in a safe.

For these types of readings I do a nine card draw. 3 past, 3 present, and 3 future... Enjoy.

Past -
Science, Queen of Disks, The Universe.

You work a lot under the super vision of a female figure who was watched you develop your own world. You were putting in a very good amount of work under the impression that your ministrations would bear fruit. You had a specific goal and were working towards that goal and it centered on the attentions of a very powerful woman. She was aloof and allowed you to toil.

Present -
Completion, The hanged man, ruin

You made it. You have attained your goal and all your hard work has paid off but you now feel stuck. Where do you go from here? You did it. You worked yourself to the bone and brought your life full circle and now you feel empty or without purpose. It can be difficult to understand why you feel as though your world has flipped upside down and you struggle with these thoughts.

You will find a new way to spend your time. There is a greater goal ahead of you that you will no doubt find yourself embroiled in. Something fantastic that you will uncover through personal alchemy. You will find the drive once more to improve your life and give you purpose.

I honestly believe this female figure in your life who gazes over her shoulder at you will be and has been such an important part of your life that it is difficult to move on. You will find a way to master your own emotions however and will find a greater purpose.

She lied to you antar. Your little Princess spent a lot of time lieing to you and you knew it. She was so bold in her lies that she practically handed them to you on a plate. She was young and thought she knew better but you felt obligated to be understanding. Chivalric even as the false story only grew more tangled and inter weaved.

The little girl has grown up and you wonder through muddied eyes if the love exists. She continues to hold you in contempt and looks upon you with veiled eyes. But you have evolved. Your sense of duty has grown into a sense of love. For some reason I sense children (possible children that are not yours but you love as though they were).

Ok. since you have a specific question I did a 9 card guidance draw.

Ace of Cups - You have goals that even right now rivet you. You are pursuing those goals and you have put off a lot of social functions because of it. ( Prince of Cups). You will see a soon opportunity to pursue a woman (within 6 months at a social function you plan to attend) but it is destined for an eventual (failure). You will learn a lot from this even though. You will be reminded how important it is to pursue your goals. You have a mission and you need to pursue it. (Knight of cups). You may join the military after this. I see the Prince of Swords and I see you being spiritually beaten into submission. It could be some form of indoctrination.

Then we have Indolence and the Star. You grow ever closer to your goal. You will suffer and shed tears but you will reach your inbetween goal. You will be on the right path. The hermit and Ace of swords follow. What ever you do you will feel alone and will spend time being distraught. You will shut out the outside world for some time and eventually you will accomplish your main goal. Only then will you find a virtuous woman who will complete you.

You have a side fling coming up; but it wont be your final goal. It will only be a learning experience. Take from it what you can.
