That was a very interesting article, I am curious though as to why it is being held in the appeals court??

Was the case already dismissed in another court??.................Anyways, this would be amazing if someone from the administration actually had to answer questions in a court of law, you know REAL questions!!!

I am not sure if cases have been dismissed, i just hope this sheds some light on a dark subject.

Better late then never. If nothing comes of it this time around, atleast attention is being brought to it.

or they would have done some thing.
its a set up.
she will be used to look stupid

if they give some bogus court cases.
that Fail badly.

A correction to the title and also to the articles quoted needs to be made.

April Gallop WAS NOT a Commissioned Officer or a Non-Commissioned Officer. Therefore referring to her as an Officer is incorrect.

Her rank was Specialist. She was either a Spec. 4 or perhaps a Spec 5, which are not career positions. It is merely a form of an enlisted rank with additional pay for a special skill, such as typing (for example). Persons in this category do not supervise other people and they can not progress in rank UNLESS they switch to the standard career rank progression system.

The Judges comments (in part) in the last trial were as follows:

"Because Gallop's claims are factually baseless --indeed because they are fanciful, fantastic and delusional -- they are dismissed."

This case has been reported and heard before, here is a excellent story from 2008 on the same case. Still reading through the lawsuits text in 2008.

I think it is revealing that it is the truthers who rush to this thread bright-eyed and bushy-tailed , hoping for great things. The same truthers who are so often quick to claim that those who broadly support the OS are blind sheep who never explore anything.

But ,in fact, as this thread demonstrates, it is actually the skeptics who are perfectly well aware that this is just a re-hash of earlier litigation which was dismissed with prejudice. Judge Chin commenting " the allegations are frivolous and based on fantasy and delusion ."

It has been a common practice for all cases involving 9/11 to be dismissed with prejudice, there is a war going on. For one of these to make it to the appeals court is an interesting development. There is a lot more public awareness that something is not quite right with this whole situation.

So, their dismissal with prejudice is not because these cases are specious with no merit whatsoever, It's because of a multitude of other EXCUSES. Even tho' they have been dismissed with strong condemning language it's still a win simply because it gets a bit of public exposure. I can not conceive of anyone wanting that kind of exposure, but if that's what you want, who am I to object.
