I'm back!
Thanks everyone for your posts.
I didn't know about the date, I will check on that, but it's the first time it was talked on TV where I live, that is in Québec.
This is somewhat of a big news, I'd say, but I had never heard of his situation before. It was "weird" to hear, given the current events
regarding the whole west coast.
He is a rat kinda person? A true politician then; it explains why he stayed for so long.
But keeping an eye on his wife to see if she too
resigns from her job is a good idea.
But it would also be normal, I guess.
If his friends start moving, it will really be suspicious then,
BTW: I don't want to fearmonger, I was just surprised as I said above.
On a side note, on the french news channel LCN, the news anchor, at 5:02PM, tonight, while talking with a nuclear expert, said something like ( it
is a translation ) "...of course we want to see ( our ) people feeling reassured, but we could also paint to them the real picture of the
situation..." The anchor in question is of very good reputation here, he is not a bu******er. Or he would be VERY god at bu****ng...
I will try to transfer it on my computer as soon as possible as I taped it on my TV system's hard drive.
