Hi, I'm new to ATS but not new to free thought!

I accidentally ended up here a few weeks ago when I had a few questions about the Loughner mugshot photos released to the public, and have been lurking and reading everything in this site I can since. So here I sit before you hoping to be a contributing factor to your discussions. My interests vary widely with the main thread being truth, and feeling that we should never under any circumstance ever swallow what we are being fed just because it is what's in the spoon! I will look into that. Still trying to figure out the site...there is so much. I paint for a living and as a hobby, it consumes my life for the most part. To get paid, I paint sets and backdrops for theatre, ballet and opera. For fun my current project is "Project52". 52 paintings in 52 weeks. It has little to do with the paintings and lots to do about the process itself.
