So much for one persons fantasy! If you read that article and think about it for a mement, you will realize that there isn't a valid reason there, imo.

Here are a few reasons to disclose...

1. Maintain the status quo, and power over the people.
2. Avoid the angry mobs created by uncontrolled disclosure.
3. Avoid a "Wild-Card" disclosure.
4. Avoid pissing-off ET.

Any Human with half a brain can think of far more reasons for disclosure, than against.

Of course, if you are in the military, we can well understand that your interpretation of these terms were of a military nature, especially as you point out this wording corresponds exactly with a military offense. However its origins are not in the US Military, even if their usage of it has created a focus on that from contemporary usage.

Dereliction of duty means exactly that. One has a duty which is not fulfilled. No more, no less. If that duty in within the United States Military, then your definition applies strictly in terms of the current legal and regulatory dispositions pertaining to such acts. They are free to define duty and to define dereliction as they choose for any organization or institution under their authority.

I was not referring to the military, nor to a duty of obedience to a hierarchical authority. When speaking of dereliction of duty I was referring to the higher duty of a democratically elected government to fulfill its constitutional obligations before the law. This includes respecting freedoms and protecting the population. On several counts I consider that according to information I consider valid, and with which others are free to disagree, that those in positions of public authority and who are entrusted with such sacred duties have failed to fulfill them to the best of their ability.

I am not going into the reasons for these failings. They can be due to undue pressures, threats, blackmail, destitution mechanisms, power blockages and any nature of obstruction, yet I contend that a dereliction of duty is nonetheless effectively verifiable in its consequences, as they can always step down rather than betray their oaths, substituting for them higher allegiances to another authority or to their own safety or comfort.

I hope that this helps clarify that I was not specifically targeting any military personnel with this thread subject. The only ones who can be taxed, in an authoritative autocratic power structure such as the United States Military, of dereliction of duty are those who are at the very top of the hierarchy issuing the orders and maybe those who drafted a strict legal definition in the United States Code Title 10,892 Article 92 which shockingly omits any reference to one's conscience an a human being or one's duty as a citizen of a nation when they comes into conflict with a direct order. This opens the door to orders by a Government to wage war in open military combat against its own population, something for which FEMA has been rehearsing street combat tactics. Only great soldiers have come to grips with this issue, granting them legendary status in military history.

My reply may not be as timely as you like, given your revealing ATS name, but as they say "better late than never".


We pretty much can agree that granted Aliens, UFOs and/or extraterrestrials exist, our respective governments are aware of this and are not informing the public. For example, a large committee of high level French Military officers counting many Generals and Admirals notified their own Parliament of the UFO question a few years ago with day long sessions. However this was an exceptional measure only meagerly reported by the Mainstream News Media and without any official government communication or declaration made to any party, much less to the general population of citizens.


More recently there was a massive disclosure by many United States Military Personnel of multiple ranks of which I believe some 28 had held highly critical strategic responsibilities in the ICBM Nuclear Missile Silos who a testified publicly at the American Press Club in Washington D.C. that UFO's had interfered with the USA's Nuclear defense capabilities. There was no comment by the Government nor official declaration in response to this event.


We are therefore in a situation where Governments, and those truly wielding power behind them, consider that this is a very real phenomena and have determined for themselves an appropriate response adapted to the situation of the presence of Alien Entities, whether they may be extraterrestrial or interdimensional or both. Also they have jointly or separately decided to NOT disclose to their own citizens what they do know and what dispositions they have taken in this regard.


This means that there is knowledge which has not been disclosed without any genuine national security reasons which have ever been suggested which would be credible for an information blackout lasting more than half a century. This is the information lock-down the termination of which many believe would solve our problems of understanding the phenomena if only there would be disclosure. However, it is my contention that this would only reveal the tip of the iceberg, and that it is prevented not only by the very nature and agenda of our extraterrestrial or interdimensional visitors, but also by virtue of the behavior of our leaders and their hidden motivations guarded with the utmost secrecy.


More importantly, DISCLOSURE not only would reveal an Alien Presence, prompting a landslide of legitimate questions from just about everyone on Earth, but it would also bring us to confront head on the AGENDA of these ALIENS. If it were seen to not coincide with the Human Population's interests, and that it does however coincide with the interests of our ruling Elite, then it would become a time of reckoning.

I can't say I agree with covering up ET's but I don't blame the gov't for the coverup if that is indeed what they are doing. The fact is we have millions of people who beleive in a god of heavenly origins. If it comes out that what we have been taught in our religions is false we could have a world wide issue here. Stories of God, Jesus, or whoever you believe in were created to keep people hoping and somewhat in line. If people knew they would not be punished for the their consequences.

It is however a shame that you failed to see the message of my last post, or possibly you think that you will evade the plague, possibly with a reserved spot in a bunker? You must have a reason for not wanting to consider that these groups are completely corrupted. If this is what I think it is, a number of HEROIC American Military Officers have saved millions of lives and even possibly your own life. We owe them our deepest respect and admiration. Well... Santa Clause isn't exactly comparable to this kind of situation. Paco Funk is right, and just because we are all here reading this website it doesn't mean the rest of the world is. I have been reading things here, doing my own research, etc. and I'm not even sure I could handle the admission of Aliens. I am not religious whatsoever, but I am definitely open minded which seems to be lacking in many places on this site! My belief is that the lack of disclosure is due to the fear of public reaction. There are many people who deny the possibility of alien existence, and a lot of people who believe in God and Satan, Heaven and Hell, many people believe Angels and Demons are aliens who were here in Sumerian times. There's a lot of stuff! A lot of theories, opinions, thoughts, and fears. Something that rips away someone's foundations (such as religion) can tear them apart! It's pretty hard to write off the Santa Clause thing as some kind of preparation for learning to cope with shocking disclosure. Learning Santa Clause didn't exist didn't alter the direction of your life. Do you still celebrate Christmas every year? I do! I can't imagine someone finding out the truth about God and/or Jesus not being real, or being alien etc. would continue to go to Church and pray. It's like learning your entire life has been a lie! All the time and dedication.
Anyways, I think you can see where I am going with this.




Just as a general thought: Maybe we should be advocates of supporting each other instead of being so quick to humiliate people and shut down others thoughts and opinions. The truth is that as people, in this case, we really don't know anything for sure, we don't have documents to prove any of the reasons why they haven't/won't disclose anything. Everything is purely speculation.
Isn't there enough stress in knowing that we are being made out to be fools by the government (as some people think)? Nevermind the idea of trying to turn to others for answers and being told you're stupid for even opening your mouth.

OK, I read a way through but you lost me at implanted test tube babies. Yes, they have past ties to Satanism, Crowley, (Crowley was completely mad at times but I don't think he was completely bad at all, pretty much a genius in some respects.) etc, and I get that some of them were probably bat # insane, some of them probably still are! What I don't like though is the tarnishing of all of them that pics like that seem to do. There's probably a lot of cool people in those orders, people that will do a lot of decent things in the future, and I just think that painting pictures like this causes division more than it actually helps sometimes.

Just checked anyway and it was the I.O.T. I was thinking of, not O.T.O. I used to be into Chaos Magick a bit, so when I saw that and had the orders mixed up it just hit a nerve. Still stand by what I said though, I think it needs to be made clearer that there's decent people in these orders and that they're not all out to end the world as we know it, etc.

I don't get what you're trying to say here. The whole Santa Clause & Religious items are two different things. All you did was provide more information to my post. I'm not in denial if that's what you're getting at.

Well, what happens if it is disclosed that an advanced alien culture genetically created the human race many many years ago and we have been in contact with them making deals for technology, and they've been here watching us the whole time and governments of the world knew about it? The shock if humans found that out would reverberate for quite some time. Economies would definitely collapse, there would indeed be a level of chaos, most (if not all) religious institutions would have to re-evaluate their holy books to fit the new actual truth, and they would lose most if not all of their followers. New religions would spring up overnight, people would be seriously angry at their governments for hiding this truth from them, which could lead to revolutions across the globe.

Well folks, I hope I didn't offend anyone but I found it extremely ironic that those who are getting the wool pulled before the eyes are defending the illusion, although that is typical of mass mind control. You are free to be taken for a ride up the river without a paddle, but have some nerve telling me that I'm unfair to protest vehemently against such arguments.


Those in positions of power, to disclose or not for whatever their motives, have a heck of a lot of nerve to claim that it is to protect our frail psychology from an inevitable breakdown, because we would be unable to handle the truth which is tantamount to saying this:

It matters not if they are true, because you must believe what we have taught you. Hold on fast. Don't let go, or your entire world will disappear."


It is called Paternalism. It was rejected as an insult to human dignity centuries ago. It was the protective basis of racism and slavery. After all the superior people must look out for these inferior races. Right? That's what governing is all about. Failing to do so would be failing the duty of a government. Such Paternalism enabled Isabel of Castille to justify the extermination by the Conquistadors of the Indigenous peoples of Latin America. But it was to protect them from their absence of morals. They didn't have the adequate beliefs. So preserving your beliefs is vital to remaining alive, because if you fail to have them, they will have to protect you from yourselves.

There is no valid basis that anyone would be psychologically destroyed by having their convictions shaken. Either they are not that solid convictions, so they are amenable to change with events, or they are indeed deep convictions and people will hold them no matter what. So if we have beliefs, events and disclosures will in any case be "filtered" inevitably by our beliefs, or they are not beliefs but simply presumptions.

Broadly, the anticipated counter-program of the Club of Rome would cover inventing and disseminating “post industrialization” ideas in the United States, coupled with the spread of counterculture movements such as drugs, rock, sex, hedonism, Satanism, witchcraft and “environmentalism.” Tavistock Institute, Stanford Research Institute and the Institute for Social Relations, in fact the entire wide spectrum of research organizations in applied social psychiatry either had delegates on the board of the Club of Rome, or acted as advisors and played a guiding role in NATO’s attempt to adopt the “Aquarian Conspiracy.”


The name, New World Order, is seen as something developed as a consequence of the Gulf War in 1991, whereas the One World Government is recognized as being centuries old. The committee appears to base much of its important decisions affecting mankind on the philosophy of Polish aristocrat, Felix Dzerzinski, who regarded mankind as being slightly above the level of cattle. As a close friend of British intelligence agent Sydney Reilly (Reilly was actually Dzerzinski’s controller during the Bolshevik Revolution’s formative years), he often confided in Reilly during his drinking bouts. Dzerzinski was, of course, the beast who ran the Red Terror apparatus.


The Club of Rome has its own private intelligence agency and also “borrows” from David Rockefeller’s INTERPOL.

Tavistock Institute called for a consultation with Peccei to which McGeorge Bundy, Homer Perlmutter and Dr. Alexander King were invited. “Why would our government allow the Club of Rome to operate in a subversive manner in the United States?”


What are the goals of the secret elite group, the inheritors of Illuminism (Moriah Conquering Wind), the Cult of Dionysius, the Cult of Isis, Catharism, Bogomilism?


This elite group that also calls itself the OLYMPIANS (they truly believe they are equal in power and stature to the legendary gods of Olympus, who have, like Lucifer their god, set themselves above our true God) absolutely believe they have been charged with implementing the following by divine right:


(1) A One World Government-New World Order with a unified church and monetary system under their direction. Not many people are aware that the One World Government began setting up its “church” in the 1920’s/ 1930’s, for they realized the need for a religious belief inherent in mankind to have an outlet and, therefore, set up a “church” body to channel that belief in the direction they desired.

(2) The utter destruction of all national identity and national pride.

(3) The destruction of religion and more especially the Christian religion, with the one exception, their own creation mentioned above.

(4) Control of each and every person through means of mind control and what Brzezinski call “technotronics” which would create human-like robots and a system of terror beside which Felix Dzerzinski’s Red Terror will look like children at play.

(5) An end to all industrialization and the production of nuclear generated electric power in what they call “the post-industrial zero-growth society.” Exempted are the computer and service industries. United States industries that remain will be exported to countries such as Mexico where abundant slave labor is available. Unemployables in the wake of industrial destruction will either become opium-heroin and or coc aine addicts, or become statistics in the elimination process we know today as Global 2000 Report.

(6) Legalization of drugs and pornography.

(7) Depopulation of large cities according to the trial run carried out by the Pol Pot regime in Cambodia. It is interesting to note that Pol Pot’s genocidal plans were drawn up here in the United States by one of the Club of Rome’s research foundations. It is also interesting that the Committee is presently seeking to reinstate the Pol Pot butchers in Cambodia.

(8) Suppression of all scientific development except for those deemed beneficial by the Committee. Especially targeted is nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. Particularly hated are the fusion experiments presently being scorned and ridiculed by the Committee and its jackals of the press. Development of the fusion torch would blow the Committee’s conception of “limited natural resources” right out of the window. A fusion torch properly used could create unlimited untapped natural resources from the most ordinary substances. Fusion torch uses are legion and would benefit mankind in a manner which is as yet not even remotely comprehended by the public.

(9) Cause by means of limited wars in the advanced countries, and by means of starvation and diseases in Third World countries, the death of 3 billion people by the year 2000, people they call “useless eaters.” The Committee of 300 commissioned Cyrus Vance to write a paper on this subject of how best to bring about such genocide. The paper was produced under the title the “Global 2000 Report” and was accepted and approved for action by President Carter, for and on behalf of the U.S. Government, and accepted by Edwin Muskie, then Secretary of State. Under the terms of the Global 2000 Report, the population of the United States is to be reduced by 100 million by the year 2050.

(10)To weaken the moral fiber of the nation and to demoralize workers in the labor class by creating mass unemployment. As jobs dwindle due to the post industrial zero growth policies introduced by the Club of Rome, demoralized and discouraged workers will resort to alcohol and drugs. The youth of the land will be encouraged by means of rock music and drugs to rebel against the status quo, thus undermining and eventually destroying the family unit. In this regard The Commit-tee of 300 commissioned Tavistock Institute to prepare a blueprint as to how this could be achieved. Tavistock directed Stanford Research to undertake the work under the direction of Professor Willis Harmon. This work later became known as “The Aquarian Conspiracy.”

(11) To keep people everywhere from deciding their own destinies by means of one created crisis after another and then “managing” such crises. This will confuse and demoralize the population to the extent where faced with too many choices, apathy on a massive scale will result. In the case of the United States, an agency for crisis management is already in place. It is called the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), whose existence I first disclosed in 1980. There will be more on FEMA as we proceed.

(12) To introduce new cults and continue to boost those already functioning which includes rock “music” gangsters such as the filthy, degenerate Mick Jagger’s “Rolling Stones” (a gangster group much favored by European Black Nobility) and all of the Tavistock-created “rock” groups which began with “The Beatles.”

(13) To continue to build up the cult of Christian fundamentalism begun by the British East India Company’s servant, Darby, which will be misused to strengthen the Zionist state of Israel through identifying with the Jews through the myth of “God’s Chosen People” and by donating very substantial amounts of money to what they mistakenly believe is a religious cause in the furtherance of Christianity.

(14) To press for the spread of religious cults such as the Moslem Brotherhood, Moslem fundamentalism, the Sikhs, and to carry out experiments of the Jim Jones and “Son of Sam” type of murders. It is worth noting that the late Ayatollah Khomeini was a creation of British Intelligence Military Intelligence Division 6, commonly known as M16, as I reported in my 1985 work, “What Really Happened In Iran.”

(15) To export “religious liberation” ideas around the world so as to undermine all existing religions but more especially the Christian religion. This began with “Je-suit Liberation Theology” which brought about the downfall of the Somoza family rule in Nicaragua and which is today destroying EI Salvador, now 25 years into a “civil war,” Costa Rica and Honduras. One very active entity engaged in so-called liberation theology is the Communist oriented Mary Knoll Mission. This accounts for the extensive media attention to the murder of four of Mary Knoll’s so-called nuns in EI Salvador a few years ago.

The four nuns were Communist subversive agents and their activities were widely documented by the government of EI Salvador. The United States press and news media refused to give any space or coverage to the mass of documentation in possession of the Salvadorian government, documentation which proves what the Mary Knoll Mission nuns were doing in the country. Mary Knoll is in service in many countries, and played a leading role in bringing Communism to Rhodesia, Mozambique, Angola and South Africa.

(16) To cause a total collapse of the world’s economies and engender total political chaos.

(17) To take control of all Foreign and domestic policies of the United States.

(18) To give the fullest support to supranational institutions such as the United Nations (UN), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Bank of International Settlements (BIS), the World Court and, as far as possible, make local institutions of lesser effect by gradually phasing them out or bringing them under the mantle of the United Nations.

(19) Penetrate and subvert all governments, and work from within them to destroy the sovereign integrity of nations represented by them.

(20) Organize a world-wide terrorist apparatus and negotiate with terrorists whenever terrorist activities take place. It will be recalled that it was Bettino Craxi who persuaded the Italian and U.S. governments to negotiate with the Red Brigades kidnapers of Prime Minister Moro and General Dozier. As an aside, General Dozier is under orders not to talk about what happened to him. Should he break that silence, he will no doubt be made “a horrible example of” in the manner in which Kissinger dealt with Aldo Moro, Ali Bhutto and General Zia ul Haq.

(21) Take control of education in America with the intent and purpose of utterly and completely destroying it.


Much of these goals, which I first enumerated in 1969, have since been achieved or are well on their way to being achieved...


Brzezinski is the author of a book that should have been read by every American interested in the future of this country. Entitled “The Technotronic Era,” it was commissioned by the Club of Rome. The book is an open announcement of the manner and methods to be used to control the United States in the future.


It also gave notice of cloning and “robotoids,” i.e. people who acted like people and who seemed to be people, but who were not. Brzezinski, speaking for the Committee of 300 said the United States was moving “into an era unlike any of its predecessors; we were moving toward a technotronic era that could easily become a dictatorship.”

Brzezinski went on to say that our society,
“is now in an information revolution based on amusement focus, spectator spectacles (saturation coverage by television of sporting events) which provide an opiate for an increasingly purposeless mass.”


Was Brzezinski another seer and a prophet? Could he see into the future? The answer is NO; what he wrote in his book was simply copied from the Committee of 300’s blueprint given to the Club of Rome for execution.


In addition to religion, “the opiate of the masses” which Lenin and Marx acknowledged was needed, we now have the opiates of mass spectator sport, unbridled sexual lusts, rock music and a whole new generation of drug addicts. Mindless sex and an epidemic of drug usage was created to distract people from what is happening all around them. In “The Technotronic Era” Brzezinski talks about “the masses” as if people are some inanimate object - which is possibly how we are viewed by the Committee of 300. He continually refers to the necessity of controlling us “masses.”...


At one point, he lets the cat out of the bag:
“At the same time the capacity to assert social and political control over the individual will vastly increase. It will soon be possible to assert almost continuous control over every citizen and to maintain up-to-date files, containing even the most personal details about health and personal behavior of every citizen in addition to the more customary data.


“These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval by the authorities. Power will gravitate into the hands of those who control information. Our existing institutions will be supplanted by pre-crisis management institutions, the task of which will be to identify in advance likely social crises and to develop pro-grams to cope with them. (This describes the structure of FEMA which came much later.)


“This will encourage tendencies through the next several decades toward a TECHNOTRONIC ERA, A DICTATORSHIP, leaving even less room for political procedures as we know them. Finally, looking ahead to the end of the century, the possibility of BIOCHEMICAL MIND CONTROL AND GENETIC TINKERING WITH MAN, INCLUDING BEINGS WHICH WILL FUNCTION LIKE MEN AND REASON LIKE THEM AS WELL, COULD GIVE RISE TO SOME DIFFICULT QUESTIONS.”


Brzezinski was not writing as a private citizen but as Carter’s National Security Advisor and a leading member of the Club of Rome and a member of the Committee of 300, a member of the CFR and as a member of the old Polish Black Nobility. The greatest danger arises from the mass of traitors in our midst. Our Constitution warns us to be watchful of the enemy within our gates. These enemies are the servants of the Committee of 300 who occupy high positions within our governmental structure. The UNITED STATES is where we MUST begin our fight to turn back the tide threatening to engulf us, and where we must meet, and defeat these internal conspirators.


...For the record, nothing that happens in the U.S. happens without the sanction of the RIIA. It is a continuing and ongoing agreement first OPENLY entered into (there were many such secret agreements before that) by Churchill and Roosevelt in 1938, under the terms of which U.S. intelligence services are obliged to share intelligence secrets with British intelligence.


This is the basis of the so-called “special relationship” between the two countries about which Churchill and Lord Halifax boasted and which “special relationship” was responsible for the U.S. fighting the Gulf War against Iraq for and on behalf of British interests, more especially British Petroleum, one of the most important companies in the Committee of 300 in which Queen Elizabeth’s immediate family has a big stake.


No intelligence activity has taken place since 1938 except through this special joint command structure. Philip Agee joined the CIA after graduating from Notre Dame where he was inducted into its Jesuit Freemason ring. Agee first came to my attention in 1968 as the intelligence officer behind the riots at the University of Mexico. One of the most important things about the Mexican student riots was that they occurred at the same time as student rioting in New York, Bonn, Prague and West Berlin.


With the coordination expertise and its special intelligence network of which INTERPOL is an integral part, it is not as difficult as it might seem at first sight for the Committee to set in motion carefully timed global actions, whether they be student rioting or deposing leaders of supposedly sovereign nations. It is all in a day’s work for the “Olympians.”...


Some of the more important members of the Committee of 300 are also members of NATO, a fact which we ought to remember. These Committee of 300 members often hold several offices. Among the NATO-Club of Rome membership are found Harland Cleveland, a former U.S. ambassador to NATO, Joseph Slater, a director of the Aspen Institute, Donald Lesh, a former staffer in the U.S. National Security Agency, George McGhee and Claiborne Pell, to name a few examples.


It is important that we remember these names, make a list of them if you wish, so as to recall who they are and what they stand for when their names come up in television programs and news services. Following intelligence modus vivendi, leaders of the Committee often appear on television, usually in the most innocent of guises. We ought to be aware that nothing they do is innocent.


The Committee of 300 has planted its agents in the muscle and sinew of the United States, in its government, in Congress, in advisory posts around the President, as ambassadors and as Secretaries of State. From time to time the Club of Rome holds gatherings and conferences which, although they appear under innocuous titles, break up into action committees, each of which is assigned a specific task and a specific target date by which time their assignments must be completed. If it does nothing else, the Committee of 300 is working to a very specific time-table.
