OK, I admit. That made me laugh. I needed that to. Thanks

Hmm, did they ring a bell to declare the old senate dead?

You know what surprises me? Why is there not more coverage of a possible fire in the Library of Congress? You would think there would be... Who knows with the media today though.

I went and checked the @dcfireems site and didn't see anything on the Library of Congress fire. I did see multiple tweets about the aide that got burned up in her SUV though. Would they have pulled the LOC info?

So, there isn't a fire?
At least not a fire that completely destroyed our Library of Congress?

That's what I presumed from the OP.

Of course, if I actually looked up every time someone yelled, "THE SKY IS FALLING!"...
I'd have a a sore, worn-out, broke neck.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Part of the Library of Congress complex in Washington is being evacuated for the smell of smoke in the ventilation system.

A library spokesman says the Madison Building on Capitol Hill was evacuated Wednesday afternoon about 4 p.m. An investigation was expected to take about 45 minutes.

D.C. fire department spokesman Pete Piringer says smoke was initially reported on the sixth floor. A burning odor was reported on other floors. Piringer says firefighters believe they have traced the smoke to an air handling unit.

Here's the entire story.
Notice the air handler part.
