Blue light special are what they have at KMart- it used to be a mad rush to the sale spot for some cheap piece of plastic garbage they couldn't get rid of before it went Blue light. And PR I think means Public Relations.

The BS answer would be no, but being serious.. If you were faced with this situation, it would be very rare for somebody to sacrifice your own life for that. The images of the faces of your family would be too much to bare.
