this is an interesting case as there is supporting evidence with radar track
witnessed by a comercial airline and milatary f117
FOI requests and investigation have turned up some interesting information
norad has since denied the event

link to story and video

A west bound America West B-757 airliner encountered a UFO with flashing lights along its length on May 25, 1995. The passenger jet was flying over the panhandle of Texas when it observed the unknown object. Thanks be to investigator Walter N. Webb, of the UFO Research Coalition for his thorough investigation of the case. Webb was able to get copies of the FAA voice tapes of chatter between the plane and ground. He also interviewed the crew and air traffic controllers.

any time something like this happens usually no info comes out
but this investigator has the tapes to prove something was seen

Give it a day or too, they'll say it was a weather balloon, or stars.

This is one of the most intriguing cases.

S&F.

But NOW, Federal Aviation Administration, can't release (no more) documents under FOIA requests about these "events" above American Skies!

The official desk is now the "New MUFON", that is under property of BIGELOW AEROSPACE, a private company.

No new documents with FOIA requests!

It's a great case this one and made better by the video which I hadn't seen before. Seems like two 'UFOs' in that there was the one being tracked and reported by the air planes and the air plane that was up there without an identifier/call sign/transponder!

Who the heck was that guy I wonder?

A very important case, well investigated by Walter Webb of the Fund for UFO Research, thanks XPLodER.

A serious study of the case would have to start with Webb's FUFOR report. But how to get hold of it? Perhaps Robert Bigelow could take over the old FUFOR website and make these reports available online.

I still find it hard that the US still denies that any of this stuff Is going on, even If we have it on radar. I mean It's not just this case, but there are other craft that have also been tracked on radar, some of them even going upwards of 4000+ miles per hour. The only air craft we have that has almost hit these speeds was the X-15, which i believe It's last flight was over 40 years ago. I think It's awesome that he has acquired the voice tapes between the ground and air personnel, I mean how are you supposed to discredit that?
