Bush senior, Cheney, Powell and Swartzkoff will have to compare for war crimes and crimes against humanity during the operation desert storm. The accusation was filed by civilian victims of that same operation

Or post what the war crimes were? Honestly, Iraq INVADED Kuwait, and we were their to kick them out. It was backed by the UN, and pretty much the rest of the world.

Karl: what the heck are you talking about?

Please supply some information on your original post. Otherwise, this is drivel, and will be dealt with as such.

I think this is what you're talking about.

Personally I think this is ludicrous. This is Belgium law, not any sort of International war crime courts from the looks of it. They essentially want to charge Powell and others for a strike on what they thought to be a command center. They should then charge the UN, Saddam and members of the then-coalition including: FRANCE, Syria, Egypt and all others.

Blaming the US for the Gulf War? How ridiculous.

Why 12 years later, isn't there a statute of limitations? Just curious.

No doubt about the dirt. Just another European government proving how much they hate the U.S.

U-P, quick! Move to the U.S. Britain, Australia or New Zealand!

Pathetic. You're the antithesis of peace and understanding between nations
