Actually, the father/disappointment line was meant as more of a facetious comment, sorry if I offended. I was meerely making light of the fact that Harrelson Sr. was an intelligence, hands-on type and son Woody is a bad actor. In retrospect, perhaps I shouldn't have, and for this i apologize.

strange...i grew up living on a prison farm in texas. My father retired with the texas dept of criminal justice a few years ago. Im only 31 and i met woody harrlisons dad !! my dad let me meet him cuz i liked the move white men cant jump lol !! had a pic taken with him and everything !! neeto

I could swear that the tramp was identified on the JFK episode of Jessi Ventura.
Looks like I will have to rewatch it on youtube to see if Harrelson's name was the same one.

I remember this being talked about quite a bit a few years ago and looked into it. I was never entirely convinced that the tramp really was Woody's dad. He could be just a total psychopath with nothing to lose, seeking notoriety, or he could have been well-paid for gumming up the works with yet another red herring. It's hard to say and I'd take it all with a grain of salt.

Noooo! Have you seen Natural Born Killers? Man that is a great film, about violence and human nature. I think he's pretty good in that movie. Apparently Zombieland was good, but a goofy film without much substance.

This is really interesting - the involvement of pop culture icons with real world events is sometimes startling. There is a lot of overlap, with people who maybe weren't cut out for ruling the masses via politics being set up as pop culture icons to rule the masses via the media.

I agree that "when it looks like dirt (ahem), sounds like dirt, feels like dirt, and smells like dirt, it most likely IS dirt. However, these people are experts at shoveling dirt (ahem)!

And, no, something doesn't have to be "categorically proven" (original grammar and spelling corrected) to be true, but it does if we want these people brought to justice.

Dude, it was a VERY unhappy comment, I mean, to compare the lives of Woody Harrelson and his father... I'm absolutely sure that he has a very deep pain in his soul, by have had this man, this evil soul as his father. This also may explain his addiction in pot, 'cause this may hurt so much that he can't live without this escape of reality.
