ET council: We will increase UFOs, address U.N. in 2014, and renew ecology in 2015

In an exclusive, in-depth interview on Exopolitics Radio with Alfred Lambremont Webre, former NORAD officer Stanley A. Fulham stated that a regional galactic governance authority, (the ‘Council of 8’) made a dramatic decision in January 2010 to put aside the law of non-intervention.

At a solemn meeting, the Council of 8 decided to intervene with their technology to clean Earth’s atmosphere before an environmental collapse occurs on Earth, as has happened on many other inhabited planets with civilizations similar to our own.

The Council of 8 did so, according to Mr. Fulham’s information, after reaching a conclusion that that our human technology could not now prevent an environmental collapse and species extinction on Earth from occurring.

According to Mr. Fulham, this is a rare decision by the Council of 8, and is partly a result of Council members wishing to preserve the unique positive qualities of our human population.

The Council of 8, according to Mr. Fulham’s information, consists of the intelligent civilizations of the Pleiades, Orion, Sirius, Bootes, Alpha Centauri, Comsuli, Zeta Reticuli, and Pouseti.

This cleanup of the Earth’s atmosphere will, according to Mr. Fulham’s information, commence in 2015 after a 2014 speech at the United Nations by the Council of 8’s Pleiadian representatives.

Collapse of the 'present world order' ?

The Council of 8’s appearance in 2014 at the United Nation’s General Assembly may occur, according to Mr. Fulham’s information, following a collapse of the present world order and the emergence of a new way of living during the period 2010 – 2014.

This transitional 2010-14 period may be accompanied by possible earth changes, monetary collapse, and governmental and nation state collapse.

the predicted sightings are airplanes...they can be seen on any busy night....

They fooled me too for the first 7 or 8 minutes of watching these cams some months ago, but soon enough, you realize that they're just planes.

if THIS is the big prediction coming to pass, quite a fizzle at the end there.

They have already been here doing the testing and will probably decide to show themselves when they are ready, not when the outcry for disclosure is at a frantic peak. There are many officials who are aware of the presence as well as many more individuals such as myself.

I am not out to insult or leave out, what can you share with me about them? Seems I do recall their species...

They are already here. Waiting and preparing.

Some of them are not best pleased with the actions undertaken by the governments of Earth.

Pretty much every time I've seen an article from the Examiner, it's been a hoax. Sorcha Faal is regularly used as a source for the articles that I see posted on ATS. Much as I'd like to believe, I find it hard to give this article any credence whatsoever.

It is obvious many would prefer to keep saying no no no its not real its never going to happen (when in fact its really happening now) why is it no one ever seems to get a clear picture or video you ask? - the energy output of the craft and what your visual recording device can capture is the answer. I would like to know more. also if what I saw in nature was any indication they are doing far more than observing, I mean really if you had traveled across the expanse to this planet on a scientific mission, would you spend your time with the backwards weirdo viral humans or take in the breathless beauty only found in nature? Earthlings are amazing creatures in their naturally evolving states, time to watch March of the Penguins again...

Lots of theories flying around. The alleged Galactic Federation has been giving 'chanelled reports' apparently saying similar things, but without being specific about dates.
