There is thousands upon thousands upon mega thousands of differnt anagrams for that many letters. I spent a good hour at an anagram site that gives you results by the 100, and at the end of the hour, I wasn't even out of the anagrams that had the word 'afternoon' in it.

HUNT_ADMIN, do us a favor and just tell us exactly where the 'R', the 'E' the 'I', and the 'Y' go.

Or at least the 'R' and the 'E'

hmm, I ignored the typing that was mentioned on top of the seven red dots link

. . in the Above Top Secret website discussion forum The Hunt. Other topics include freemasons, illuminati, aliens, ufo's, secret societies, politics, current events, and the war on terrorism among others.">

i just clicked on properties and (another dumb coincidence ?) it says this...

Above Top Secret - The Hunt - color="#FF0000"> . . . . . . .

the F F 0 just stood out like a dogs ****** but typically I could be reading waay too much into it. Just thought I'd mention if it gives anyone else a lead.

Good luck pyscho ring people !! ha ha ha

I looked at that site for ages, like i said, millions of anagrams.
I don't think hunt admin is gonna be anymore helpful than what they have bestowed upon us today, or they will just have to give this clue away.
it just makes it more of a challenge, as the last clue b4 this said, the last is near, maybe after this clue? we don't know.

there were millions of anagrams but now they can be decimated by length
of letters and maximum number of words

having said that we have cumulatively blown a lot of time on this so we may all be barking up the wrong tree

this game seems to drip feed things but I don't think we are gonna get much more, until one of us switches on

Yeah, if there were a program that you could enter '8 words' word 1, 3 letters, word 2, 3 letters, etc........

But there isn't........that I could find.

the one I am using limits word lengths, includes words, excludes words etc

courtesy of jcm

www.wordsmith.org...

so gets a lot of rubbish out of the way

unfortunately you can't go - - - / --- /

but it is very good

Yeah,. but that one only shows X amount of results.

Sorted alphabetically, you get aaaaeffikklnnoooorstttuwy. The frequency analysis is a lot different from normal English (especially low amounts of e/i), but this could be a coincidence due to working with a small sample. Maybe it isn't English or there is a simple substitution cipher at work as well?

I found a program that allows to you search for a combination of certain wordlengths only: PuzzLex. I'm doing a search right now, but it's going to take a while and there will still be thousands of results left probably.

But why should this clue be any different than the others for me. I've been trying to work it out by hand in notepad but it's real tough. My brain feels like it's ready to explode, maybe I'll go mow the lawn....

The most promising results are those with the following structure:

you ask a ..... .... ... to know

That would be a good clue. The program gives about 1200 results for solutions to that query.

Some possible solutions:

you ask a Titor flea fan to know
you ask a Titor leaf fan to know
you ask a alien raft oft to know
you ask a fatal rift one to know
you ask a Latin tear off to know
you ask a tarot life fan to know

I think you're right, but I don't now what do to with that. It isn't a real clue and boolean search gives me nothing interesting.

Yeah, I did a search also and nothing really. It makes sense, but not sure where it goes from here... unless it was the clue that was found about the rings just before FTR said to solve this... hmmmm

you cant use an anagram generator they stink you must do it pen and paper create a matchup system i did this and came so close and would have had it but then just went to bed if i was awake when the made it easier i would have cracked it wide open.
