No I am going to kill this thread.

I'm a trained professional, everyone else stand back while I attach the electrodes

Sometimes coming onto a thread with logic has a tendency to shut it down.
happens all the time in the UFO forum

I have noticed that in many forums. Logic sometimes has a wet blanket effect.
UFO's 9/11 conspiracies orb photos in dusty basements while its snowing
ats rules 101:
logic kills threads

Hmm it seems attaching those electrodes actually bought the thread back to life, a consequence I should have anticipated.
Does this now mean we are in an Undead / Frankenstein thread that can't be killed by conventional means?

Mmmm, killing this thread could be a lil' more difficult than anticipated, if one has to be in possession of any sort of rational logic !!

But if at first you don't succeed....

A couple of recent posts of mine were early on in the threads history, so they managed to slip through and the thread was fine. However, if you look at some of my earlier posts...for whatever reason...they mostly all stamped a target on the thread, launched the nuke, AND destroyed the thread all in one fell swoop.

My threads as well typically do not get much attention. I do not mind, like with my Livermore thread, I was hoping to give some ATS'ers something interesting to look at but it died horribly
I don't mind if I don't entertain someone, it's not my profession. But I try harder than hell to put something of decent quality on here. I know ATS has relatively high standards for threads at least, so when I kill my own thread before anyone else has the chance to...it worries me a bit.

But again, yes...I fall into the "pro-class thread death inducer" group with ease.

As is customary in this thread, we will not let you induce death in this thread.
It is our sworn duty.
You are saved.

Happens to all of my threads too. I think I just suck at connecting with most ATS members, or what I find as a topic of discussion, others have no interest in. Or even maybe I suck at presenting information, or I'm not smart enough. I have no idea, but I just try again next thread.

That happens to me too. Same with ones I didn't start and just reply to. If you don't like a thread, just let me know. I'll reply and it'll die.
