Great we can't see the weather or any ship occupying the area of the radar smoke screen.
A stranded ship might have been high up to get a screen so wide spread.
Wait we see false weather returns.
Hey we just had a clear radar the other night and NJ had some stray scatter of 'rain' not
falling to the ground. Wonder if NJ had a sighting and the appropriate joining trail activity for
a cover going on that night.

True, that is one purpose of some of the aerosols used by the military. We dont know the effects of continued use of the aerosols, but we can guess its not good for us.

This computer radio frequency propagation program deals with radio waves and enables the RFMP system to visually see the terrain of a battlefield in three dimensions on a television-type screen.

The RFMP system also depends on a satellites to supplement the images of a battlefield picture obtained from the ground, thus producing the 3-dimensional images. In providing an interactive picture portraying in the radar screen, the RFMP system allows the computer operator to develop familiarity with the "environment" before a war mission occurs by playing a variety of "what if?" virtual warfare scenarios on his computer screen. One of the researchers, the physicist from Brookhaven, explained how the process works: The chemical and electrical characteristics of the mixture cause moisture to stay in the clouds. The aerosol sets up an electrical and chemical environmental that supports RF ducting for the RFMP/VTRPE warfare system."The mixture of barium salt from the aerosol when sprayed in a straight line will also provide a ducting path form point A to point B and will enable high frequency communications along that path, even over the curvature of the Earth, in both directions," he said. seem to notice planes spraying barium into the skies over farm land and also over villages.

Interesting you say you see them stop spraying when they fly over the water. Perhaps that is illegal, and over land it is not.

If they are spraying anything aerosol, or otherwise with aluminum in it even over the land, its a threat.

I'll let you try to figure out the difference to what Robcock says and why. But Robcock is not talking about visible clouds, he is talking about a whiter, less blue sky, with or without clouds. Of course, since you don't seem to understand what aerosols are, you certainly don't understand what Raleigh scattering and Mei scattering are and won't understand what that means.

I don't see many "chemtrailers" talking about more colorful sunsets we've been seeing. But Robock doesn't seem to indicate that any geoengineering is being done, does he? He, like the entire meteorological and climatological culture knows that there are many unknown factors involved and that it should not be implemented without careful study, international controls, and only as a last resort.

Aluminum 'rust' aka aluminum oxide used to make synthetic corundum aka ruby, sapphire, alexandrite etc for the gem trade and to make laser rods

I understand what aerosols are, and I understand when someone is attempting to mislead.
In your quote you chose a snippet that talked about blue skys...aserting it as some sort of "evidence" that there is no geoengineering taking place.

The blue color of the sky is caused by the scattering of sunlight off the molecules of the atmosphere. This scattering, called Rayleigh scattering, is more effective at short wavelengths (the blue end of the visible spectrum). Therefore the light scattered down to the earth at a large angle with respect to the direction of the sun's light is predominantly in the blue end of the spectrum.

This means that large dust particles can soften the sharper colours in the sky, as it effectively reduces the distinction between colour bands. Effect on climate
It has been established that emission of precursor gases for sulfur aerosols is the principle mechanism by which volcanoes cause episodic global cooling.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change AR4 regards stratospheric sulfate aerosols as having a low level of scientific understanding.

The aerosol particles form a whitish haze in the sky. This creates a global dimming effect, where less of the sun's radiation is able to reach the surface of the Earth. This leads to a global cooling effect. In essence, they act as the reverse of a greenhouse gas, which tends to allow visible light from the sun through, whilst blocking infra-red emitted from the Earth's surface and its atmosphere. The particles also radiate infra red energy directly, as they lose heat into space.
