Due to some rather rude behaviour on the parts of some in this thread it is going to be closed pending staff discussion.

Thread closed.

MOD NOTE: Reopening the thread.

OK. We're going to give this another try.

However there are a couple, several issues that need addressing, though they should be abundantly clear by now.

Here they are:

Personal attacks on fellow members will cease. As in NO MORE. We find it, post ban. You've been warned.

The term "tea bagger" is extremely offensive and it's use will cease. As in NO MORE. We see it, post ban. You've been warned.

Circumventing the censors will cease. As in NO MORE. Warnings will follow if we find it.

Most, if not all of you, are capable of having a conversation without resorting to the above. Express your feelings all you wish, but stay with in the Terms and Conditions.

These tea partiers are very, very disturbed people:

crazypitch.com...

Why is going to hold them accountable for their destructive conduct?

The sad reality as that time passes no one will as whoever dares to be hypercritcal of the group is immediately subjected to demonization, attack. Since when did we have to use the little kid gloves with regards to this blatantly disgusting group?

If we have to use the little kid gloves with regards to the group they need to re examine things.

Since when did ATS become a haven for them?

It has nothing to do with "them" as you put it, but rather following the T&C here that we all follow. Face it, political trolling happens on both sides here, you aren't special, follow the rules and all will be well. If your arguements have to be based on insults and political trolling they really aren't arguements......the T&C is for everyone.

I am not asking for special treatment just trying to ask why does the group have to handled with care? Since when did ATS become a TP entity? They cannot handle facts as well as not being able to answer some questions. 2 of thier candidates flat out refuse to answer some questions by the msm and the American people yet we are to just let them in no questions asked? Screw that, you want to represent me or anyone here you better be able to answer questions and dare not ask for scripted questions.

The "B Word" only came to apply to them because they have tea bags hanging from thier hats and shirts. This is fact. I am asking for that all members be treated equally and anyone who is hypercritcal of the party shall not be demonized, subjected to attack as ATS is one of the absolute last avenues whereas we do not have to have radicalization of this nation being forced down our throats.

I am a member of the staff on a toy car diecast forum and absolutely and unequivocally hate and despise trolls. So in that regard I am anti trolling because I would not want it done on the site I serve as a member of the staff on and ATS doesn't deserve to have trolls here either as thier sole intent and purpose is to cause chaos and havoc.

The mod who originally locked this thread and docked me 500 points used terms like "I" to refer to what he wants and not the more appropoe and correct "we". I refers to one and we refers to the site as a whole.

Anyone who dares challenge them is instantly labled "Anti Freedom" and "Anti American" and I've been calling them out for what they are. I however will not post it here because of a fear of being moderated again.

I am not the only one calling them out, others are as well yet I am the only one being targeted? That is what I'm saying. Do not moderate one person in a 8 page long thread without moderating the dozen or so others who used similar and like terminology to define them. Then moderation becomes selective to anything against your own personal viewpoint and not about the site as a whole. All I am asking for is fairness.

The master issue with the group is that when you present facts to them they want to call people "Anti American, Anti Freedom, Nazi's Socialists, Muslims" and not one intelligent person in the entire group. They've already broken Federal election law in both Deleware and Arizona and yet we are somehow supposed to let these people have power? Are you kidding me? Since they can't get in using the law they are breaking it to steal an election. They have no real platform, no leadership, has it's entire design infastructure designed similar to a terrorist group then a respectable political party (decentralized leadership, no national party to answer to, too many autonomous entities acting independantly instead of cohesively is the infastructure architecture of your average multinational terrorist group). Federal Government offices get firebombed, death threats are called into Members of Congress' offices, members of Congress are called the "N" word, Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) and his partner being called anti homosexual references and yet everyone thinks that this is ok? Every single incident has occured ever since they stepped on the scene, let us not also forget about the US Dept Of Justice memo from mid 09 saying "A rise of right wing extremitism" and within a few weeks they are on the national scene? Too darn suspicious if you ask me.

There are too many people falling for the rhetoric hook, line and sinker and yet there are no patriots in the entire group, no voice of reason, sanity based solely and exclusively in common sense. They do not want to debate the issues, the media isn't allowed to ask them a question, the people aren't allowed to ask them a question, nonetheless being allowed to challenge them. Since when did The United States Of America lie down for them?

Too bad you don't understand the context of those quotes. You might be able to make a better point, but you have failed. The bloody religion they are referring to is the catholic church, which IMHO is a pagan religion.

More generally they are referring to state religion, which always attempts to pervert anything into a means of control over the governed. Just as today scientific materialism (aka atheism), is the official religion of the state, and they use it to bludgeon and control the masses into the demoralized pleasure seeking fools that most of us have become.

One of the people you've quoted, John Adams said that christianity was critical to the functioning of the republic and that it would otherwise fail without it. This actually proves that you've twisted the words of the founding fathers to generate your proof text.

From John Adams,

The general principles on which the fathers achieved independence were the general principles of Christianity. I will avow that I then believed, and now believe, that those general principles of Christianity are as eternal and immutable as the existence and attributes of God.

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

Let us not forget that the United States is only one of a handful of nations without an Official State Religion whereas anyone can worship in the manner of thier own choosing even if it is not Christian to do so.

Too many have been purporting the crud that we are a Christian Nation but the previous line by me in this post explains it all.

"Freedom to worship in the manner of one's choosing" - In no way does this alone dictate or demand that it's populous must follow Christian, Catholic ideals. This makes it against the law to demand that we have a state religion. Mere talk of it can be taken aa treasonist if you want to get down to the nitty gritty.

Like Maher said, you don't argue with these people. It's like trying to convince a devoted Catholic that there's no god and Evolution is no longer a theory. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get through these folks. But to each their own...if they want to live the lives of bigots, so be it. I'm just afraid of them getting into the White House.

Uh, Catholics are free to believe in evolution.

Just so you know...
