Bring back The FIREHOSES!

Hey yall
I am dissapointed to se these two features ggone from the site....
I used them regularly and liked the feature.
What more can i say? It made it easier and more convenient to scan the board and select topics of interest.
If they were too much trouble or expense at this point well they worked for me and worked well.....
Sorry to see them go........If possible id like them back. thank you

I"m going to agree with you here. I had the firehose set as my ATS home page. First place I'd pop up would be in that section... I thought it was a glitch, just havn't gotten the bugs out yet, but unfortunately it seems to have been deep sixd. Sadly, I must circumnavigate a whole new way now....

I totally agree, we need them back!!!!

The new drop down "real time headlines" only carries a list of the last 10 new threads, and overnight or everytime we leave the site for life's callings, we're going to miss a lot unless the list is lengthened.

I used to go to the bottom of the ats-firehoses and catch up on everything. That option seems to be gone now

What was the Firehose?

I used the firehoses a lot and I would like to see them brought back. I hope that they are brought back soon.

Yea this I don't like! I looked at the Firehouse every morning when I woke up, sort of like how one would check CNN news every morning and then I would check it at night to see what was posted throughout the day.

Sometimes a good thread will get lost in the pages of the recent posts. I liked the firehouses and hope they return or are in an area I have looked?

There are forums I don't frequent but every now and then a thread will show on the firehouse in that forum and I will check it out.

The rapidly-revised new fire-hose page is available under the topics menu.

Fire-Hose

It uses the same method of auto-refresh as the LIVE page, but updates less often.

Thanks for the firehose link.........I have put it on my desktop.

Oh, when we had an unread U2U, the little box turned red.
I hope there will be some kind of indication easily seen when we have an unread message.

Not a complaint. Just an inquiry.
