Man, there are a lot of pessimists out here. Freemasonry still believes in honor and integrity, and we believe that the members will hold true to their Obligations.

And what is the high level consisted of?

Most Grand Lodge websites have their Constitution linked on their page somewhere. Even most of the appendant bodies have their Constitutions on their websites. And don't use the quotation like it somehow degrades it, it just makes you look childish in your never ending insults against our venerable Order.
