So Friday the 13th has to do with politicians lying?

And war?

Welcome to the world.

Personally, I do not see Friday the 13th as a bad day, that is a misnomer.

Knights Templar, Friday the 13th, and King Phillip Staging A Coup

Let us see, corrupt country, passing law to shut down a "secret organization"?

Sure sounds like a good thing to me in some regards.

Anything that gets a hidden and corrupt arm of a military presence destroyed is good luck, it is only bad luck to those running it, meaning the one on the receiving end of being shut down, the Knights Templar.

Of course they survive to this day as many different Secret Societies.

Possibly it can even happen again.

As if ATS didn't have enough doom and gloom, we get this thread.

The 13th does not have to be an unlucky day.

Hey, BOTH of my children were born on Fridays the 13th. And one was also a full moon. So for me, nothing but good on Friday the 13th.

Shame the job was never finished , we wouldn't have all the pain and suffering that we have in the world today .

and the templars brought you the pain and suffering didn't they?
clearly you speak out of ignorance.

Do you know who the Templars are today ? fool ! And what you're going tell me you have some impedent Scotish or York rite ( riech ) merit badge or something ? If thats your claim your wasting my time son .The Masonic Tempar Order is not the real deal and has nothing to do with the true Royal Arch .Go and see if you can earn another little merit badge in your boyscouts lodge or prehaps your a girl guide . You are the ingnorant one for thinking your opinon matters to me and you have mistaken me for some one who cares .It's people like you who make me enjoy this beautiful and special day .Oh friday the 13th reminds me of burning pork .

Today is my birthday and I was also born on Friday the 13th. I am not supersticious at all. Very fortunate day for me.

Supposed bad luck on Friday the 13th is just one of those self-fulfilling occasions.

If you are nervous and weary because of this date, then you are more likely to:

1. Notice instances of bad luck that occur. And,
2. Be less confident and assured, thus inducing more of a chance of receiving some bad luck.

I don't believe in Friday the 13th.

BUT..

had a freak accident and separated some ribs. Might have fractured a few too but I'm actually not real keen on the doctors where I'm at. Primitive here.

Bad luck, no. Just a coincidence. I think....

Don't make me laugh though. Hurts when I laugh.

Beh...

OK it didn't qualify as a great day, but it wasn't bad! So now it's wait for the next Friday the 13th and hope that I can pick back up on the lucky day trend!

I'll be worried come 2017 when Friday the 13th is in the month of October and marks the 710th anniversary of the Templar arrests.
