That would be because of people's short attention span.

Controversial topics, controversial titles, and controversial people.

These are things that catch the attention of people anywhere.

Sadly it is a reflection upon society as a whole that controversy is something eye-catching, instead of intelligent debate, and not politics in general.

People are only generally aware of politics until some jackass sleeps with an intern.

It seems that the members of ATS need to pay close attention to your threads coming up.

In the next year to two years you will write something on here that will start a chain reaction. Someone reading your post will respond with something that makes wikileaks recent release look like small fish...

More people will visit your threads and during the course of this discourse you will start a vast change in the american way. Your words will inspire many people to do something about there country.

In ten years something much more important will take place...

I honestly do not know what to think of your post.

No disrespect meant in that.

While I certainly can see myself getting into politics I have zero desire to do so.

It is because the nature of the beast with two backs.

You have to politically allow someone to screw you and vice versa.

Yes, I know politics, inside and out, upside down and in reverse.

This does not make my desire for entering it change.

As for someone telling me something more than Wikileaks latest debacle, of that I have no doubt, because I am someone who asks detailed questions.

I guess time will tell.

I am not seeking anyone out to tell me something classified.

If they do they do it based on their own perceptions and experiences.

With zero guidance on my part.
