You are lucky to have that option. I grow as much produce as I can each year but it's hardly a year long food supply. Thankfully my family owns a ranch so I have range fed non-homogenized beef for my meat intake (range fed beef is also really really lean. You actually have to add oil to brown hamburger because there isn't enough fat to grease the pan). Unfortunately, most of the time I have to go to the produce section to get my veggies and my dairy.
