I think the deal with the "tree", assuming it is a tree, is that it is not really by the runway. The telephoto lens compresses the depth of the
image.
I do agree that a tree by a runway would be dumb. I also appreciate your FOD walks. Damn important for the safety of pilots and the planes. The only
time I think I saw a FOD walk on a video was that Red Flag imax movie.
