That is a good point but it does lead to some expansion of the debate.

Congress is the one that usually spends the money and it really zoomed up when Pelosi and Reid took over. Then again the republican controlled congress did their part in that medicare deal.

Then again, it is so easy to spend other people's money isn't it?
