Nice find! I hope its real...but I think it looks fake.

Also, did they have cameras with that high of definition back then? It looks very clear compared to shots I've seen of the moon, etc in other films dated to the same time.

No one seems to be reading the thread here.

The staff really need to tag this a hoax and move it to the appropriate forum before any more gullible people fall for this.

Tell us in detail exactly where the material is proving itself to be fake and hoax. Show us your proof. Through the camera work, you can tell it's a fake.

Just watch any fake UFO video on YouTube. It's pretty much identical. Also, camera's didn't have that zoom capability in the 70s.

Looks like no one reads the thread before posting anymore. It's been debunked for a couple of pages now. Quite funny and sad to see members still speculating if it's real or not.

The comments on the YouTube guy's page are interesting too...the aspect ratio of the film is wrong for the era too...

Anyway...I remember the 8MM films my Dad made, from that time period...(well, 1960s..)...this is WAY too 'professional' looking (and the added bonus of the 'out-of-focus' junk is also a give-away, as you said).

I know it's fake and the reason being is if this were film then the quality is just too good. No blips, dust, hair, anything but just clear images. Any film that old would have degraded badly.

The video you're presenting is made after the event. The Russian material is leaked ages ago and then as disinformation, agents working for the aliens, [the elite] then create the video you present, as if it is the original, when in fact it is a creation made after the event. See the chronology of the events. The original material is of Russian origin, and does not include the added American Apollo crap, which is added in the video that you're presenting. The original video presented by the author of this thread, does not contain any obviously Apollo American material. Also remember that the original video was not downloaded from YouTube. The author of this thread recieved it from his brother who was sent it from a Russian source. The author of this thread then uploaded a copy of it to YouTube so as to be able to share it with us. The video which you're presenting is not the original source material. I remain convinced that the Russian material is authentic. There are things going on in secret that we all should start to think about. That you are pretending that it is fake or hoax is probably because it is from a Russian source and that upsets your alien agenda ? Perhaps the reality is not what you have been educated into believing it to be ? Secret operations are secret operations. The military of every country are known to operate a secret space programme, and so we are wondering just how advanced is that terrestrial [alien] secret space programme. It looks like somebody sitting in a gutted car turned on an angle. Behind the guy's head, the white bump looks somewhat like a wheel well to me.

See that black tubing behind his head? Is that a HOSE CLAMP on the end of it?
Please tell me that US-Russian technology in the 1970's was more sophisticated than a hose clamp that you'd use on a radiator.

Also, the oxygen mask-- we use those in the hospital, did they use those in the 1970-era space program?

Also, if this were to have happened in the 1970's, wouldn't the guy's hair be much longer considering how long it takes to get to Mars?

Finally, the quality of this video makes it appear like it was shot via a digital camera. I see nothing in the video itself that would indicate it was shot on actual film. If this actually occurred in the 1970's, would they have digital technology?

The porthole itself that the video is shot from looks like the inside or outside of one of those old-style divers helmets.

It doesn't look anything like a gutted car to me, I've gutted many and none look like that.

Hose clamp? I'm not sure, but they do have to clamp hoses right? You do know that not one shuttle leaves earth without duct tape right? Hows that for technology?

These guys are military, so they have a standard for haircuts I'm sure. I don't know how long it would take to get to Mars, so I can't speculate on hair length.

Outside of that, I'm not familiar with 70's tech, much less tech that is available to the military. Anything else is speculation.

Just to add something to your post about the hair. They have stuff to shave and cut their hair on space shuttles. It has a hose attached to the clippers so it sucks up all the hair. Just like the ones they use in Basic Training for the military.

Who goes that far not to land? Read about Apollo 8. The mission just orbited the moon, took some pictures, and came back. There was, of course, more to it than that but it's a standard thing to do when you're venturing forth into a new territory, you probe first to gather information, THEN you go there, THEN you land there.

Beautifully done video, looks so serene and peaceful in a 'trapped in a can that could explode at any moment' sort of way

It's such a shame that we'll most likely never have the opportunity to see a real version of that event in our lifetimes (well for me at 30 anyway!).
