basically they just bought the URL and linked it to the government website.

Example: I could make STA.com and it would link it to this very thread.

Get it??

They didn't. If you check the threads I posted, all someone did was get their own url, the one you asked about, and linked it to the NSA. It was not the NSA, it was someone trying to get conspiracy theorists all dizzy thinking they had discovered the illuminatti
