Yes folks.
People are outside flipped out.
It was pretty fun considering I have never felt one before but people are a tad freaked out on the streets.
I will update with a source when I get one...this only happened moments ago.
Anyone feel that??

Great now i have to clean up branches on my newly re-seeded lawn!!

My entire house shaked in Toronto a couple of minutes ago. It's funny 3 people I've talked to that were outside didn't feel a thing.

I am not sure yet.Mblahniklover said that its not on the earthquake site either.
Sirens are going off as i speak.
It wasn't that big but certainly scared the crap out of people.
It was big enough to see everything move tho.

I have to go make sure everything is ok...back in a bit.

I just got a minutes worth of footage of the hundreds of people outside standing around not knowing what to do.
I am working right now so I will upload it later.

Its just shown up on RSOE as a 5.4

Pretty wide range of people feeling it...I am guessin because of the geography of the lakes...Montreal, Ottowa, Toronto and Ohio...wow.

5.7? I've never felt an earthquake in Toronto so that's suprising. When it first started rumbling, I'm right next to the subway, so the first thing I though was BOMB (taking into context the whole G8/G20 stuff going down in Fortress Toronto right now).

I used to live close to West Chester, Ohio and that's pretty far south.

I'm not far from Toledo right now and I can't tell if we felt it or not because it's thundering pretty bad and that is also shaking the house.

Yep, felt it here in Montreal as well. First the table started shaking and then went by the window and heard the window rattling. Didn't see any large trucks or vehicles around, so I figured it was an earthquake. It must have lasted for approximately 10 seconds. The last earthquake we felt around here was about three or four years ago.

It is rare for earth quakes to happen in North Eastern Ontario, but not unheard of.
Very cool, lucky it wasn't bigger and hopefully people are safe.
