What will TBTB try to get away with as the world watches the BP crisis?

Massive attention is focused on the oil crisis in the Gulf of Mexico, and rightly so.

This thread is NOT about that particular crisis -- that's why I stuck it in this forum rather than the BP one.

Rather, the question here is about what TPTB will try to do as the world's attention is rivited on the spill. Think about it from a cold, machiavellian perspective for a moment: This is the perfect time to try some sketcy stuff that the media would jump all over in saner times.

What kind of kooky hijinx will those wacky TBTB try to slip by the world as it watches dark beaches and dying waterfoul?

Well, the main thing that I thought of was a good tactic of politicians is to never let a good crisis go to waste.

If you had an incident/disaster that could refocus all the angst in a nation onto one focal point, then do little about it so you would act as a lightning rod for all the anger (including banking scams, money printing etc)

You bundle the anger into one nice easy to manage ball, and then say, actually boys and girls our investigations say it was really those horrid people over there *points at any of the usual suspect nations*..

In one fail swoop you have a whole nation (multiple nations in this instance) baying for the blood of whoever the fingers where pointed at, while at the same time exonerating yourself, and coporate shinanigans that created the mess and generated all that anger in the first place.

Just my thoughts on the whole thing..

The more anger there is, the easier it is to redirect.

There is a cap and trade bill floating around Congress right now. Not to mention a bill to give the President expanded emergency powers (what emergency?) including an "Internet kill switch" ( so only government propaganda can be spread?).
More ships headed to the Red sea, Russia backing out of the S-200 missile deal with Iran and 30,000 lb bunkerbuster bombs will be ready in 2 weeks (just FAB darlings! don't you think?).

And that's just the stuff WE KNOW ABOUT. I would say we're looking at a rough ride ahead one way or the other.

Well they will try to push through some type of carbon tax and they want to keep our minds off iserail and it's attack on the aid ships.

Iran was talking about sending a few ships to Gaza but they have gone very, very quite and this might have something to do with a build up in the area and i bet the UK sub they were sending to the falklands will be found on the other side of the world.

Looks like Russia has sold Iran down the road like they did with Poland and Germany in the 1930's so that they get a pieace of the cake if Iran gets sliced up by the zionists that want to hold the world population to ransom when it comes to oil.

An attack on Iran with the WMD lies is not going to float with the public so what they need is to pretend it was some type of instantanious reaction to an attack from Iran so a chunk of the US carier fleet can be sacrificed because it has become obsolete due to advancements in misile technoligy and later the USA's industrial military complex get to build a new generation of ships.

my opinion is that the event in the Gulf is beyond the ability of 'TPTB'
to work-around...

the Gulf states will have a ever increasing exodus, as families just pick up and leave... another 'Grapes of Wrath' migration as they pack all they care to carry in their pick-ups & SUVs, & leave the no-jobs, poisoned air, wrecked economy, Gulf coast counties first...the rest of the state to follow.

Trillions in home ownership will go on the banks books, as the owners flee, hundreds of banks will go bust, the municipalities will be run by skeleton crews... it will all be worse than Eastern Europe was after the Soviet collapse... much of the Gulf coastal counties will be as desolate as chernoble.

the elites will carry forward their programmed devaluation of the USD, but spirited on by the financial collapse of the 5 Gulf states... or 1/10th of the Nations economy & taxes...
that number will reflect the crisis onset of the dollar plunge = 10% -and sliding quickly.
