Interesting topic. I believe in both videos these are just video artifacts. In the second video, you can clearly see the woman's clothes 'changing'
as well. That tshould not happen if only her skin were changing.
I do not know if there is any truth to reptilians.
Now what I find interesting is we do have real world ( non conspiracy related) accounts of peoples bodies changing.
People with split personality disorder often have real live verifiable physical changes when they switch personalities.

This is fascinating to me. It shows that these things are possible and yes, I grant you humans turning to reptiles may be possible due to these same
mechanisms. I just have not seem convincing evidence of this myself or have heard of clinical studies to back up this claim.
