Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus has reportedly floated the idea of sinking a battleship directly on top of the Macondo well in order to drop 80,000 tons on it and crush the drill pipe and the blowout preventer alike.

'Mabus' the secretary...has the same name as the Nostradamus'

I was aware of the Nostradamus prediction and his mention of "Mabus" and this navy guy with the same name.

Really have no idea whether the anit-christ is real or not....but they have the same name, if you believe Nostradamus.

John Hogue is a flake.
I remember him saying Saddam Hussain was the anti-christ.

Took a while for the penny to drop didn't it?

Does anyone have any information on who this guy is, what's his background etc.

Don't think it's that common a name and it does seem quite a 'coincedence'.

Certainly warrants further consideration.

Thank you kind sir. That is my point. His name is Mabus and he is in the present, here and now offering to sink a ship to stop the leak.

His name is MABUS- there may be others with that name, but this one is popping out of the blue with a proposal.
