Hi All,
The topic is what I see right at the top, when starting a thread.
Now administrator can mean something as abstract as a server.
i would understand if it said ' Administrators can also reply '.
Makes me wonder, if when, I log in to ats, I am logging onto a matrix, which is actual reality mixed with virtual reality.
Machine intelligence, though admirable, is nonetheless detectable.
Wonder what other members think about my thoughts.

Cheers

It is probably a typing error. Thats all.

The new ATS2010 (see in my signature) will be out sooner than later.

Hey alabatros. Let it ride and look at the lighter side of life. 2 of us makes it 10% reality and 90% virtual reality.
Wonder if deny deception would be better than deny ignorance.

I think that just lets us know who can post to which forum.

For instance, most of the forums are open for all members. Some, however, require a certain status.

For instance, the debate forum requires one to have 'Fighter' status. Instead of the notice 'All users can post new topics and Administrators can reply,' it states, 'Fighters' as for who can post.

So it's basically just an alert to let us know all members can post in a certain forum (including admin) or only certain members can post in the specialized forms (but admins can post without having a specific status).

As another example, I'm staff but cannot post in the Bully Pulpit forum. Only those granted with access may. But admin has ability to post anywhere.

At least that is the way I understood it.

Since ATS is undergoing renovation and the new ATS2010 will be launched sooner than later and the quote is not even on the ATS2010 (yes, I looked), this issue really is a moot point.

Thread closed.
