I just don't understand how this thing could pass, when it's so blatantly unconstitutional. You simply can't force someone to buy something from someone else, no if's, and's, or but's about it.

I put up with the bail out. Then I put up with another one. Now this? I'm done. I will not be purchasing health care insurance.

This isn't like being required to carry auto insurance. You agree to that when you decide to own an automobile. Don't want to pay for car insurance? Don't drive.

This however, is like a tax on existence. If you're born, you must buy health insurance.

And having the IRS responsible for enforcement? All that does is create a whole bunch of new non-filers. The road we've been steered down doesn't lead anywhere good, for anyone.

When people must go to these lengths to attract attention and garner support they do not have a credible or popular complaint to start with.

I did attack the message and not the messenger. The article is a hoax. The PDF file that is referenced in the OP article does not state in any way shape or form that armed IRS agents fresh from combat training are going to be shoving guns in anyones faces. The article is a complete and total lie.

It's even a GOP document and it doesn't have as much blatantly false fear mongering that the OP Article claimed.

against this law and guess what. The Fed gov told them
they would cut off their funding if they did so. That's extortion.
That's illegal too !!!! So there will be no day in court for
any lawsuit against this new Obamacare. The only way
to get ur day in court is to overthrow said government

Each election cycle you have the opportunity to revolt. At the polls. You do not have to kill each other in the streets. People can continue to keep the two criminal gangs in power that rule over us. Or they can elect people who are not affiliated with these two criminal gangs. People who can stand on their own two feet and REPRESENT those who vote them into office instead of ruling over them.

... One could easily turn that around and say that when the individuals in the government must buy their coleagues with pork funds and bully them with threats, they do not have a credible bill which they are attempting to force through.

I was reading my local paper yesterday, which broke down the health care. Heres a few things i read...
Those who work out inside, will be taxed. You must have insurance by 2014, or when yuo get yuor taxes done, IRS will fine you $95 for a single person, $695 if its persistant. The $2,500 is for a family IF found not to have health insurance.
