Long time reader here, just joined to be part of the family.
It is my pleasure to be here and to enjoy reading and soon discussing with all people and cultures from all over the world.

Since I have been mostly reading here everyday, now I registered and this is all new to me.
I know about stars, flags, but don't know when and how to give them.
Also don't know how to create snippet from news source, but will hang out and do my best to contribute something here.
Also, this is visually one of the best forum boards I have ever seen!!!

I know about stars, flags, but don't know when and how to give them.

Stars: You cannot give stars in this forum (or the questions & information forum) so go to another forum so for example try the General Conspiracies Forum and find a post and then at the top of that post you should see a transparent star.

...Clicking on it gives that post a star.

(Also you cannot star your own posts)

Flag's: You have to go to another thread (you cannot flag your own thread) and at the top left hand side (above the title of that thread) you should see a big red square with Flag Thread written on it.

Clicking it gives that thread a flag.

Also don't know how to create snippet from news source,

Just copy and paste and use one of the available bb codes such as this one

Hi GakunGak, and welcome to the ATS community. For now, you can reply to any thread in any member forum you wish, as well as send & receive U2U's (messages) to Staff only.
However, once you have achieved 20 posts, you will then be able to start your own threads and additionally send & receive U2U's to and from fellow ATS members.

Take your time and enjoy. If you have any questions just ask.
