These people don't mess around, they see something that's not supposed to be there they will take action and it will probably lead to death on any ones part!

Has anybody else noticed the horse logo at the bottom of the sign. It looks like the "Demon" Horse statue at the Denver Inernational Airport. Is this horse logo an ofiicial military logo of some sort? What is the meaning of the symbology?
