Which is more terrifying?

Which is more terrifying to run into? And why? Or which is least terrifying to run into? And why?

A. Bloods (or Crips)
B. The Mafia
C. Terrorists
D. Serial killers

Probably serial killers. They are willing to kill you on the spot just because. The mafia would want their money, and the crips would just call you names as you walked by, or they might rob you.

Wouldn't all of the above fall in the category of terrorists? As they all rule by way of fear? I'm thinking so.

I think anyone who wanted to kill me would be bad people to run into no matter what time of day it was or what group they were in.

Serial Killers for sure....they could take you out just for driving a silver car...and they could be watching anyone right now...planning...
