This observation by you is basically FOS.

Go back and read my posts again. I started out supporting Bush - like many here - but became quite critical HERE ON ATS as his administration continued to pile up the BS.

What's it take for you to see the light on obama?

Obviously you missed the light show too becuase you actively campaign for the a party you admit is BS.

But those Democrats have to be way worse for you to ignore your true feelings about the Bush Administration.

Did you vote McCain? Wouldn't that have been like a 4 year extention of the Bush policies? A lot of people voted Obama becuase they had hope and wanted change, yet all they got was a 4 year extention of the Bush policies. Hrmm?

Yet you still trash Obama only becuase he is a Democrat. He is the same as Bush and you trashed Bush?

Kinda hippocratic don't you think?

So when people say "The Democrats and Republicans are the same," it is not becuase they are democrats and just found out their party does not do any good. Those people say that becuase there is literally no difference between the two parties.

You have know me for a long time, you know on what I stand for and when I said during the Bush administration that they were nothing but corrupted I didn't lie, now I stand against the Obama administration policies and still call our government corrupted.

I am sorry to tell you this my friend but this the truth, American needs to wake up and smell reality and stop hiding behind party lines and loyalties.

Yes I have known you a long time and am glad for that.

However, I also see that ONLY saying that the two parties are the same is intellectually throwing up your hands and surrendering. It's nothing more than a cop out for many that lets them shrug their shoulders and pretend they don't have to think about it any more. They have become sheeple.

Then also think about this: wouldn't this be exactly what TPTB would want to have happen?

Look how many here have bought into it already ...

The democratic and republican parties balance the power so we don't turn onesided with everything. Why America works better than any other nation.Has to continue to be this way.Or you end up with communism or dictatorships or socialism and to much government control.

Only as the lesser of evils.

And so far they have been.

We'll never know what McCain would have done will we? But we did find out in a hurry that obama not only continued some of the worst Bush policies, but has added his own BS to the pile.

Yet you still trash Obama becuase he is a Democrat. He is the same as Bush and you trashed Bush?

No, I trash obama because of his actions - same as I ended up doing with Bush, who was not true to conservative ideals.

Kinda hippocratic don't you think?

Not a doctor, so I never took that oath. Oh, perhaps you meant hypocritical?

Sorry, but my only response to this and your previous posts can be:

After you demonstrate that you can spell and write like you had actually paid attention in class, we can move on to why didn't they teach you in school (still there?) how to do your own research?

Oh and to try and help you out with your research project. There is a huge philosophical difference between the Republican and Democrat parties. The problem we are having is that there seems to be none between the leaders of those parties that we've been electing. Once you get your head around that we can proceed.

He is a talk show host, not a journalist. Big difference!! He gave his opinion on air. It tells you more about what kind of human he is, and what he thinks about the people of Massachusetts. Freedom of speech is freedom of speech. Complaining because you don’t like what someone says, well the fascism line starts over there on the left….

Right.

Just ask the people here that rant and rave - FOR THE EXACT SAME REASONS - about Hannity and O'Reilly.

My main problem is that we keep allowing Obama the chance to go and campaign for his party members that are running for anything. I would figure with all the problems we have the last thing he would be doing would be jumping through hoops trying to help his "comrades". Oh wait......I wonder if the MSM would call him on crap like this would he spin it or just accept the judgement. These politicians seem to just do what they want so I figure he would just snort, then laugh it off.

he does have a right to say what he wants, he doeshave his freedom of speech.
At the same time though, it gives us insights into what goes on in this guys head.
Would you continue to watch him after saying what he did?
You might, but you would probably look at it with the attitude that this guy only cares about one side, not the other.
I am also sure, that he is not the only Liberal who thinks like this.
He WOULD cheat, he would vote 10 TIMES...IF HE COULD.
Basically he is saying he is a POS.

A small, but false start. Neither party has an official policy on religion.

Try looking at fiscal policy instead. You know, taxation, for example.

Having a strong military vs. a policy of appeasement might be another good area to research.

People keep going like ping pong bouncing their heads : " hey did you see that guy on msnbc said people steal votes in MA- no I did't see it , how dare he said that ". When the main point of the problem is "TVs", people go to fox to get hungry of ignorance and then go to msnbc to get the food .

Ed Schultz has exposed himself for the man he is. An individual with no integrity, no character, and a dishonest heart. He's in good company though with Matthews, and Olbermann, O'reilly, Hannity, and Beck.

ARTICLE II.

RIGHT OF SUFFRAGE

SECTION 1. Elections to be by secret ballot; protection of right of suffrage.

All elections by the people shall be by secret ballot, but the ballots shall not be counted in secret. The right of suffrage, as regulated in this Constitution, shall be protected by laws regulating elections and prohibiting, under adequate penalties, all undue influence from power, bribery, tumult, or improper conduct.
- South Carolina Constitution, Article II Section I

Then why are electronic voting machines allowed to be rounded up and carted off to other locations to be counted in secret? The whole system is flawed and probably illegal if anyone cared. I asked on election day if I could watch the votes being counted and was told that was not possible.

This man's words are nothing compared to real voting problems. A bigger question is whether a person can vote 10 times in Massachusetts. Does anyone here know? I saw real problems in my own voting district with certain local Republican candidates in several places giving out free steak dinner certificates and other memorabilia to vote for them.

Why even cheat in such a manner when it is far easier to bypass the voting machine software? The voting machine software (for SC) I got to look at and it is just a program sitting on top of Windows XP. I can change the results by opening one file in Open Office and just change numbers.

Alas.

It seems you skipped reading and comprehension class, as well.

None between the leaders DOES NOT EQUAL none between the party philosophies.

I think that if they actually did this, or delayed certifying the election, it could have two huge effects:

1) Cause some to actually revolt
2) Anger the moderate democrats and independents to such an extent that the democrats completely lose power.

If that happens, I wonder if one of the moderate Democrats like Nelson or Liberman (yes I know he is technically an independent) would stop support of healthcare due to their conscience.
