Here we have another - not so shocking anymore - example of left wing media bias.

I will give you whatever you want to say about the actual statement but this is just unfair. Ed Shultz has made it clear that he is a lefty, a liberal, a democrat, and he uses his OPINION show to discuss it. There is no media bias here since you know full well going in that this man will be shooting only from the left.

No I will not even attempt to defend what he said, that is something else.

But if Hannity or O'Reilly express their OPINIONS, that's somehow just TERRIBLE, right? More dem double standards.

And could you possibly consider what Schulz said to millions of people an attempt to influence the vote by suggesting illegal means to do it? And if someone on Fox suggested the exact same thing to the Brown supporters, what would you and others be saying???

Warning: hypocrisy alert.

Kind of like the presidential election? If cheating in order to rape the non-union tax payers of America is o.k., where to you draw the line?

Sorry centurion, but you're the worst poster to have brought this up...since you are yourself a believer in the left-right paradigm... when it doesn't exist in the two parties.

When Bush was in power, you licked his boots 24/7, now democrats are in power, you see that they are corrupt scum... just like the republicans were...

The Bush administration was like the Obama administration, full of treasonous scum.

When you'll understand that, you will have denied ignorance.

But anyway, good find.

He doesn't. Socialist agenda trumps all morality with their ilk.

So are you saying as a conservative I should advocate voting many times, paying for votes, or cheating at the election in any manner I can. That way I would be doing the same as those who advocate it.

Except for one thing. Other networks, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and Fox have all canned both talking heads and jornalists for advocating criminal acts or outright lying. MSNBC has not. It keeps these people on regardless of what they say. Only when the sponsers refuse to pay for ads on a particular show does MSNBC get rid of the person.

No, and it's silly to chop that post to try to pass that off.

They are so obviously saying that hiding behind the banner of a non-existent "party" is silly. The man can be attacked on the merits of what he said without any need for political party to even come into play. If anything it reflects a lack of ability to express one's argument.

Doesn't it get old to chant "dems/libs" and "repubs/conservatives?" It's got to hurt, it hurts to read that's for sure! Reid, Pelosi, etc of the same cartel as Bush/Cheney are no better than the filth one would find in the bottom of a Larry Craig's bathroom stall. Heck, they voted for most of the same crap that Bush wanted to push through anyway, so the only difference that people are even placing here is coming from posts like yours.

This is no new story, at least from me. The one-sided coin is a piece of junk that Americans seem to hold more faith in than the US Dollar. Its saddening, and worse yet it keeps us divided so that as citizens we will never remotely be as one on any silly issue.

I realize some conservatives also say this, too, but a lot of dems are starting to try and hide behind the "there's no difference between the parties", line as more and more of their party's excesses and illegalities are found and exposed for all to see. Clearly there are still major differences - if the right people get elected. You may hate Bush, but who are the sleazy equivalents to Reid, Pelosi, and all the senators currently accepting bribes for their health care votes?

Yes, "there's no difference ..." is becoming just as tedious as all the "I support the troops" BS from dems we used to hear a lot of - when in reality they never lifted a finger to do anything to support the troops.

HAHA. Thats funny.
CAUSE I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SAY THE SAME THING!!
These people accept NO responsibility. AT ALL.
They only accept responsibility if it benefits them.
I am getting sick and tired of hearing the "they are both the same" excuse when their party fouls up.
That said...I do believe that the public is getting flushed through two toilets, one for the dems, and one for the repubs...thing is though..the Sh@t all ends up in the same place.
I am just getting sick and tired of people using that "they are both the same" excuse when it only benefits their ideals. They CANNOT say"yea, our people are screwing up, we accept that".
PATHETIC.
I thought ATS members were smarter than this? I guess no matter where you go, there will always be someone there trying to BS everyone else with their non-valid excuses.
Im not a republican, but i cannot for the life of me remember when that excuse was used by republicans during the Bush years. When Bush screwed up, Bush screwed up. There was no "oh its because of this, and its because of that", just "Bush screwed up, and we made a bad choice".
At least 'they' have a little dignity when accepting responsibility for screwing up.
"Id vote 10 times..Id Cheat".......I bet you would. And thats why people dont trust you or the current govt. Way to make what we believe come to reality.
Voting time comes, all of them bastards are out according to my ballot.

This observation by you is basically FOS.

Go back and read my posts again. I started out supporting Bush - like many here - but became quite critical HERE ON ATS as his administration continued to pile up the BS.

What's it take for you to see the light on obama?

Reality to nightboy82:

The two party system is CURRENTLY ALL WE HAVE TO WORK WITH and through - so it it is still quite relevant to use that paradigm.

Wishing otherwise is really no different than the whimsical, "If I only had a million ...".

What a terribly depressing world that must be which you live in. It is not all we have to work with. Its all we choose to work with. That's why I constantly hear, "well I have to vote for such and such, because I don't want the such and such party to win."

Bah. I'm not trying to lead a horse to water, trust me. Just my observations. Have a good night.

Two party system eh?

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Democracy is an illusion, a means of pacification for the people, a way to give them a false sense of choice and control. in every election partisan politics narrow it all down to only two viable choices for voters. The biased media, the Washington elite, special interests and major lobbyists control this "democracy". Your "choice" is always between two candidates of either party controlled and funded by the above. You are free to choose from the two they have put in those positions for candidacy. If you happen to be one of a very small minority that votes for an independent it makes no real difference.

Are liberals always liberal, are conservatives always conservative?

Has any democrat or republican you've ever voted for ever disappointed you, or left you feeling lied to?

Has an independent ever won a major election for a federal government position with more than 50% of the votes?

When you go to the polls, make it easy on yourself and simply flip a coin. Put an R on one side and a D on the other.

Really it is a simple question... Would you rather be screwed from the left or the right?

You have know me for a long time, you know on what I stand for and when I said during the Bush administration that they were nothing but corrupted I didn't lie, now I stand against the Obama administration policies and still call our government corrupted.

I am sorry to tell you this my friend but this the truth, American needs to wake up and smell reality and stop hiding behind party lines and loyalties.

I live in Middlesex county, Martha Coakleys stomping grounds, where she jailed innocent people for political gain.(Tookie Amirault)

Scott Brown represents my district in the state senate.

The thing about this election is that when Scott Brown wins, the "other party" will still block his swearing-in until after the health-care vote, even if it takes months. We are all aware of this out here and there is nothing we can do about it.

The people don't run anything over here. The entrenched politicians do. We know it and they know it. This is one of the reasons Scott Brown is getting so much attention from the working people in the commonwealth. We are tired of it.

Both sides cheat when it comes to voting. Anyone remember Election 00' down in Florida?

I wonder what would have happened had McCain won the popular vote and Obama won the electoral college? Oh lord that surely woulda started something.

Bottom line, it doesn't matter who you vote for and EVERYONE knows this, nobody wants to admit it though.
