Well I guess there are arseholes everywhere you go. I watched the first vid and just as I was feeling sorry for them the second vid came up. That is why we should be neutral and non interventionalists.

I can't take credit,

To even push the claim that 'Israeli's', as in the whole of the population of Israel, enjoys massacre alone shows that the poster and youtube poster are pushing their views.

It is one girl talking. She is expressing an opinion based on what she sees as the solution. This is a sensationalist thread looking make themselves feel good because they know the amount of hatred that lies on ATS for Israel and it will be front page in no time.

On that note, I do not agree with her, but then again, I live in California and do not see the local markets I live near being blown up. On either side.

What is funny is the girl in the video made a pretty valid statement....in relation that the people of Palestine, in all their endevors for peace, chose to put into power a known group that enjoys massacre themselves.

To all those that think I am some Zionist....bring it on. You can label me all you want, but the truth is this video is nothing but a propaganda piece for the other side and a way to use some fallacy that ALL of Israel, as the video falsely implies want to see mass graves and whole cities wiped out.

This is like finding a guy in middle America that says we should just nuke the Middle East and make it a parking lot, then turning around and say something like "Look! All Conservatives want to massacre brown people!"

Maybe people need to take a critical thinking class and show that they can utilize their brain and get a hold of that Brain-Finger connection they so gladly use to put down anyone.

I don't understand why this is so hard to grasp... You provide a video [from youtube] with a title that says "Israelis Enjoy Massacre" plural. However, the video is of one woman stating her opinion. You don't contribute your thoughts to the original post in anyway. Your thread makes a generalization to "all Israelis" based on the *opinion* of one person. Bah... I don't even know why I'm participating in this thread. So, what's the point you're trying to make? Perhaps you could expand on your thread a bit...

gets under my skin. The attitude of the Global Community towards

this situation is , one word , appalling.

A people , a country is being slowly erradicated and because of the

aggressors being Israel, it gets sweep away, out of sight, out of

mind. Kuwait gets invaded and the world polarizes , comes together

and rights That wrong. Israel does the same , and because it is Israel

nothing gets done, and the Palestine people endure a life similar

to the Warsaw ghetto. Eventually those in Warsaw were decimated ,

same thing happening in Gaza.

Now I expanded a bit , be honest with me.

When that LADY (using the term for T@C) says they should level the city,

with a smile says "I'm a little bit fascist"

Did that not bring up a bit of anger with you ?

Let that sink in for a while. Put yourself in the position of a Palestinian for a moment.

Next door you have a nation that aggressively attacks and polices your people, and it built on the violently emptied cities and towns your grandparents built and lived in. The entire world, including those nations that pledge support to you, are all thumping this nation on the back and congratulating them for what they're doing to you and your people. You are alone, and not a day goes by that the possibility of having your head blown off doesn't manifest. This nation has made promise after promise of peace, of reconciliation, and has never once kept any of these promises. You can see that over in the other fragment of your people's land, the same peace agreements are leading to that land being taken by coercion and by force. To your eyes it is clear that this nation is never going to let your people live as anything more than vassals on a reservation / gehtto, and that the world is happy to allow that.

Why wouldn't you hate? Why wouldn't you react violently? Why wouldn't you want to see that nation destroyed? Why wouldn't you cheer in the streets when that nation's allies suffer just a fraction of what they've helped bring to your people? Why wouldn't you put your support in an organization that promises to, at the very least, fight back and not cave to the false treaties and agreements offered?

I may not necessarily agree with them. But I can hardly blame them.

Completely understand and I agree with you. The Global Community picks and chooses its causes based on relevance to (what?) I don't know. When relevance changes so does the International focus. It's maddening and disheartening.

Bearing in mind that (in the video) it is one woman's opinion and can't be (shouldn't be) generalized to the entire population, Yes, it makes me angry, it also makes me sad and admittedly, a bit resigned to the situation. This conflict has been going on for so long, with very little resolved. Both sides would do well to understand that what was, is not anymore, and seek to find a peaceful co-existence going forward... That's my opinion though, as someone from the outside.
