My response had very little to do with location, and everything to do with a truth that should, and perhaps someday will, fly around the world to help all people realize freedom is the only thing worth living and fighting for.

As much passion as you may have for such things, which you obviously do, I find a few dilemmas with your opening posts.

You assume that we actually stand a chance of rooting ourselves into this government and making a difference in that regard. Sadly, that area is too little too late. Even local and state governments have been rooted with corruption and should anyone manage to gain entrance into the higher ranks, they would be bought or removed in due haste. That ship has sailed I'm afraid.

You all assume that people will listen; perhaps to you, perhaps to somebody else, perhaps even to reason. This has already been proven otherwise. While there are MANY people are are awake to the treason against us, there are many who continue to ignore the obvious and become tools of denial-ism in America, creating excuses to make corruption somehow reasonable. The only thing I feel that will wake people up is indeed what you speak of - the bloodshed on the streets, the wars in our backyards - only then will people start to notice. The problem with that is if we continue to wait, the people will only succumb to more as the government takes away resources to help such movements. As the internet collapses, as cell phones become obsolete, and as weapons are taken from us, revolution becomes more of an impossibility.

Lastly, and this is the part I disagree most on in your post - is the interest in CHANGING our government structure. Not to offend, but our Constitution was written by MANY great minds, dare I say greater than 99% of the people alive today can merit. As great as some of your proposed changes are, I can't help but feel that some of them stand on the borderline of an extreme socialist government, the type found in "1985". People will lie and people will be corrupt, there is nothing that any fines are punishment will do about that except result in more upheaval. You can't change human nature.

Our current government system, at least the one proposed by our founding fathers, covers all of the bases. It roots out corruption and deceit as long as it is kept in check and FOLLOWED. Somewhere along the way, the door to corruption and greed was spread wide open and those corrupt individuals managed to infiltrate our government. What was worse is that the others in power allowed it to happen. That is how we got to where we are today: negligence and lust for power.

I believe their are no changes that need to be made from the Constitutional Republic besides the fact that we actually have to abide by what it says, and not let corruption run our lives. There is no way to do this 100%, even in your form, but the only thing we can hope for is that GOOD, IDEALISTIC people are shown to be the REAL candidates to office of the government, and the people need to be shown the difference between individuals of truth and justice, and those who propagate lives.

In the ideal Constitutional Republic, the only thing that needs to be updated are the regulations on presidential elections - bringing forth new limitations and new laws, as well as a new widespread philosophy, to individuals wishing to run for POTUS. This is obvious as the founding fathers did not take into account the influence of the mass media and corporate funding when designing the infrastructure of our election system. Too long have proponents been elected based on the depths of their pockets rather than what they can bring to the table- this is the only thing that NEEDS TO CHANGE.

With that, though I don't agree with your content I do agree with one thing. The time is now and things have to change. 2010 will be to beginning of a bloody battle for the rights of Americans, this I can promise you. It is time for people to stand up and wake up and believe me they will, no matter how brainwashed and controlled they are. They will not be able to deny that which is right in their faces threatening their very way of life.

Best of luck my friend, and keep fighting the good fight.

(PS- Just in case anyone feels the need to mention 'lists' and me being on one, I am at ease just knowing I am on their list, because by the end of it all, there will be more people on their list then aren't.)

Hello ProtoplasmicTraveler,

I understand where you are coming from, and though I understand it, I completely disagree!

We cannot allow those who are destroying our Constitution to have power over our lives anymore. We cannot allow those who are taking away our freedoms to convince us there is nothing we can do. We cannot allow those who are trying to make us feel frightened and powerless to have control any longer. We are the Power, and we truly have nothing to fear. They fear us and that is the real truth… that is why they work so hard to make us feel there is nothing we can do.
Well I truly believe that is a lie they are trying to force upon us. I truly believe there are more people on the side of Freedom and the Constitution then those few who are working to destroy everything that makes this nation and its people so Great. I truly believe if we come together in the name of Freedom and our Constitution we can make our country great once again. I truly believe we will save this country from socialism and its unholy alliance with fascism. I truly believe if we come together there is no force on this planet that can stop us. I truly believe that.

Now that is not to say, just because we wish for it, it will come to pass. To believe that it will be simple is truly foolish. It will take time, and it will take We The People standing together. We are coming into an election year, and if we stand together we can begin our journey towards Freedom. But first we must stand together outside our local communities, from sea to shining sea… from all around this country… So to remind our government that We The People are the real power, and that we are now ready to stand together, and if need be, we are ready to fight for those freedoms.

We don’t need to take on the whole world, regardless of what some may claim… We simply need to show the world there is another way, that they too have the power to say No to tyranny and oppression. We simply need to show the world that We The People control this planet and that We The People are done living in fear. They have pushed us to far and we are ready to push back. That we are ready to take it all back. That we are ready to stand united, to stand together as one nation, and as a free people across this planet. The whole world is waiting for the American citizen to show them the way. To show them that The People of this great country are not going to bow down to socialism and fascism. That We The People are not going to allow our government to destroy our Constitution and take away any more of our Freedoms. That We The People will not allow the federal government to destroy State Rights. That We The People are Not going to sit idly by as our government calls us peaceful, God Fearing, Constitutional Loving Citizens terrorists. That We The People Have Had Enough! That We The People Are United.

That is why I am standing up. That is why I wrote that letter/speech. And that is why I am totally and completely dedicated to regaining control of our Country. That is why I am totally and completely dedicated to regaining our freedoms and fighting for the right of every future American to remain free. I stand in complete defiance of Fear and Subjugation. I shall not fear something that can only take my life… I shall only fear not having the strength to stand for freedom while I am alive.

Those who want us to live in fear, they can deny that We The People will get our freedoms and our Constitution Back… and you can deny that We The People will create a more responsible government who will never forget that We The People are the true power. While I will March to make sure The People know the only thing they have to fear is doing nothing. That to remain silent is the only thing that gives those evil forces power over our lives. While standing up against this purposeful attempted destruction of our Country, is the only thing that will make us all free. Standing up will teach our people that we can and we will get our Freedoms and our Country back. Because to do nothing means they win and we become slaves. That is completely unacceptable to real God Fearing, Constitutional Loving Americans. And I plan to do everything I can to help them remember that undeniable simple truth.

I am not asking for a complete undoing of our Constitution, completely opposite. I believe we must add to it. Because as our current history and our government has shown, they have found ways around our laws, they have found ways to make people forget there is a Constitution we are all bound to uphold. Greed is responsible for almost all the evils we see in our country and across the world. That is what we must protect future generations from. To do otherwise, then what the hell would we be standing up for?

I say we must create a 4th layer of government, one whose sole purpose is to watch over those who are supposed to uphold our laws and our Constitution, and that 4th layer of government must be the people. I don't mind if people disagree, that is extremely helpful and healthy. However I would ask that you come up with an alternative, instead of saying it can't be done. We already have enough people telling us what we can't do… as they continue to destroy our Country. We must find answers to the problems plaguing our country and our world. We must, the time for doing nothing is over. So if you disagree with that answer, then please come up with one that will allow the people to have complete power over our government. Because as we know, people live in fear of complete helplessness, so we must give them the power, and take away control from those who would abuse We The People.

What is with all you people claiming I'm going to Prison for speaking out? Do you really believe people deserve to go to prison for speaking the truth, for demanding we get our freedoms back, that we live within our Constitution and that people must have the power over Government?

How incredibly sad, yet incredibly telling of the evil we are up against. Like I told another leftist, I’m not afraid of jail, I’m only afraid of living in chains/slavery. You may lock up my body but you will never destroy my spirit, or the Spirit of We The People, to be FREE!

Sounds great, it’s all the kind of feel good stuff that well makes people feel good!

If you feel there is a value to having half a plan that only takes into account just the elements you are aware of well that is great too.

We did not win the Revolutionary War! We won the right to incorporate a state into the Roman Empire and if you read the Treaty of Paris that establishes the United States as the Contract that it actually is, the binding contract that it actually is, then you will realize that.

The Constitution was written in fact because it was dictated to us as part of the terms of securing a peace and a state within the Holy Roman Empire. It’s all in the treaty.

The Constitution did not establish the United States, the Treaty of Paris established the United States.

The Constitution fell out of use entirely in 1861. A Corporate Military Dictatorship has ruled ever since.

Surviving and enjoying a quality of life is not so much about ideals and philosophies as it is overcoming the logistics.

If you have a saber tooth tiger at the entrance to your cave, well if you would like to survive you had better logistically have a way to kill that saber tooth tiger and words won’t really do it.

We never really won our independence but merely a right for a government to rule us with the illusion of independence. Whether it was a Masonic conspiracy from the beginning working hand in hand with London and Rome or they founders simply failed to take into account what you are in many ways failing to take into account is hard to say.

As a government you will need to logistically be capable of providing food, clothing, shelter, transportation and employment for 600,000,000 people! You will have to be capable of dealing with the nations abroad that have another 5,400,000,000 people!

Theories don’t make things happen, logistics make things happen and logistics are all about making things work by having the wherewithal and understanding of what all has to first work, and then the ability to implement the elements of making it work.

Recognizing that is not about fear, it’s about intelligence, its about intelligently coming up with a plan that wins real freedom not illusionary or temporary freedom by first recognizing every element that stands in the way.
I get that you want to have faith, that you want to believe in a better tomorrow, that you would like to make the world a better place, but if that plan is actually just getting people to stand around and make targets of themselves by grinding the infrastructure to a halt, and some people in government will get message and suddenly change everything…

Well, it’s a nice thought, but it’s not a well thought out plan that deals with the many contingencies and elements that would have to be surmounted to actually effectuate a real and lasting change.

That’s not defeatism that’s pragmatism and wisdom and an invitation to formulate a working plan that actually nails down all the logistical elements.

In fact fear is actually convincing oneself that a poor plan absent of working logistical elements can overcome through sheer hope what only working logistics can.

Food for thought, talk though is for lovers and fools, talking the talk, and walking the walk are too very different things. Talk is cheap and designed to make people feel good, the impossible journey is not impossible when one surmounts it through sound logistical planning.

Then it’s a matter of execution.

If you believe its only half a plan, then please ProtoplasmicTraveler, when the time comes, join this movement to take our Country, and then we can work on getting our World back. First however, we must standup against the evils in our country, and when we have the power to stop those evils, then we can start to change the rest of the world... or perhaps they will gain the strength from our resolve and begin to fix the problems in their countries as well.

I don't have all the answers, I have already admitted to that. I won't ever pretend to have all the answers, or even some of the answers... Right now I only have a few ideas to get us started, to give us a direction in which to start moving towards. The rest of the path will be created upon the minds and freedoms we all desire and demand as we move towards that goal of complete Freedom and complete accountability.

I agree with you littlebunny. I like your thoughts on the 4th branch of government. I think the concept is needed for the people to have the most say, but the constitution also needs to be rewritten slightly to narrow down what we allow the federal government to do. I do not believe it is the right of the government to alter the essence of the constitution as they have been doing slightly over many years. If they want to give more powers to the government those should only occur when the people demand for a change in the government structure.

Also there is nothing wrong with any of your ideas they are great forward thinking concepts. Keep dreaming. I'm having my own dreams of a new economic system, and legal system. How to bring those to peoples attention, well I think we will know the answer when the time comes. For now keep dreaming.

You know what I love about this website? So many "patriots" (by the way, that was Hitler's favorite word) come on here posting threads about how they're sick of the government. They're tired of the "mistreatment." They call for some revolutionary action.

But yet, they don't do a damn thing. They rather sit behind a computer and complain about how evil and corrupt the government is.

Yes, we know, the government sucks but what're you going to do about it?

Typical Americans. Not doing a DAMN thing to back up their anger. You're ticked off? Go do something about it instead of telling EVERYONE ELSE to do something for you.

You want a revolution? Then get out there to the capital and cause some physical action. Now.

Sorry but I'm so sick of seeing so called patriotic members on here complain about the same thing over and over, just to get stars and flags. Am I complaining? Yes, what can I do about it? Not much.

That is exactly what I am working towards. The Internet is a tool for sure, but it is not where this movement will be fought. But it is a place to begin, just like the taverns of old. I am not just talking, that I assure you... If the people will have me, yes I will give speeches, yet I will also do everything I can to help direct our country towards freedom. And when We The People are victorious, and we will be, together we will do everything we can to get all our freedoms back.

I think I have a pretty good idea how to show the Corporations and government that we are serious and we are tired of the crap. My Idea is simple and as simple as it is im sure it would make a great impression to the world that we are serious. I think we should somehow gather as many people as we can to get on board...through twitter, facebook, myspace and all the other social sites. My idea is this, I think we need to organize a mass one or two day strike against big oil by getting as many people as we can not to buy fuel for that one or two days. Imagine what that would do if we could get 10 million or more people throughout the US not to buy any type of fuel for those days. And if that dont work, start boycotting other things until they know we are for real. Its just a start, but at least its a start and a idea.

If you are so sick about it, then join the movement. Help spread the message of this movement. A movement that I assure you is not going to be, "just words". I am searching for people to help, for people I can help begin this movement. To take it from the Internet and bring it to the streets. What I wrote will in fact be a speech that I will say in front of people at some time in the near future, this I truly believe. This I am working towards. The time is coming GorehoundLarry... when it comes will you help, will you stop talking and start doing? Apathy needs to stop, feeling comfortable in our lives as more freedoms are stolen from us, needs to stop. We need to stop thinking, just don't do anything that will interrupt my favorite TV shows, all of that nonsense needs to stop. It needs to stop, We The People must come together and plan and then turn that plan into action. And then we must act!

That is what I am now completely dedicated towards, completely. That is my life, and in the near future it will be the only thing I will do. But WE THE PEOPLE need your help, everyone's help. Stop complaining and start doing yourself. Let's get to work people, let's get to work... our Nation, our Freedoms, and our Children's Future is depending on Each of Us!

My friend there is only one thing that makes inalienable rights inalienable and that is you.

If someone has taken your freedoms it is you, for the only person who can give up your freedoms is you.

You absolutely have an inherent right as a human being to live free or die trying no matter what government you live under.

It is only your own individual determination to act freely and be free, that makes your inalienable rights inalienable. Only you can alienate them, and whether you do that because you believe the government has some authority to take them away or conversely grant them, or whether you do that out of complacency, timidity, or uncertainty it still boils down to you giving up your freedoms.

You always absolutely have a right to live free or die trying. Government can not guarantee your freedoms no government can, for there will always be people who would break the law to impinge upon your freedoms even if your government was just and true.

Anyone who won’t take absolute responsibility for their own freedoms and their own inalienable rights and exercise them in a live free or die trying way neither wants nor needs those freedoms.

Why would our government or any government respect your desire to be free if you won’t respect your desire to be free?

The government only imagines it has taken away your freedoms in part because you too imagine they have.

The reality is we don’t have to stand up all together, some of us have been standing up our whole lives for our own freedoms and taking that life and death risk that comes with our inherent ability and right to do that.

You can’t have something for nothing, and you can’t have freedom for free, and no government can ever guarantee your own freedom only you can.

I have been fighting for my freedom my whole life and I have always been free as a result, even under bad governments.

It is people who are waiting for everyone else to stand up and do something first that invite those who would brazenly impinge on your freedoms.

Fighting the good fight in large part is fighting your own fight and fighting it every day of your life, because that my friend is the only way anyone is ever free.
