Reagan National Airport is basically right across the highway from the Pentagon. You get real used to low flying aircraft in the general area. No, not that low, but you kinda block out the sound of airplanes. It just becomes background noise.

You are absolutely correct. I can attest to this fact, as I happen to live right next to a major International Airport as well, and I am in fact within 20-30 miles of three such Airports. Airplanes are so routine flying over my home, most notably because I live directly under intersecting FLT paths, that I hardly notice them very much, and they never bother me. On 9/11 though, after all FLT's had been grounded, I remember it was actually extremely eerie not hearing any air traffic for once in my life.

PS. To people posting interesting texts. could you please post the link to the text as well as the text itself so we know it's legit?

The only reason I can think of as to why the media and other individuals may have been distributing false information about car bombs around some prominent DC Government buildings (State Department, Treasury Department) was to have these key buildings evacuated. Having these vital buildings evacuated may have been key to the master plan.

Of course, false information of attacks on key DC landmarks (such as the Washington Monument) were also thrown in to the mix to give the impression these reports were a result of the confusion of the day. Throwing in some insignificant landmarks into the mix may have also served the purpose of preventing individuals from later seeing a pattern develop where the false alarms were exclusively focused on Government facilities.

It appears the attacks on the Twins and the Pentagon may have been major distractions to ensure the real objectives of that day, which may have been occurring at other locations, went unnoticed. There are obviously many layers to this story, not just the alleged major events which the media cherry picked and chose to spotlight.

There are later messages reporting Iraqi shoot-down of US spy-plane, and a link in this thread to a BBC News article from the time.

The alleged message at 0836, said by the OP to be posted at WikiLeaks, is no longer in the WikiLeaks archive for that hour. I searched the page in that time frame for "iraq".

In the pages I read so far, I count 6 suspect aircraft, including those reported as crashed into the WTC. No flight numbers though in news articles/tickers, but curious mention of aircraft type/airline in apparent personal messages.

Who or what intercepted these messages, and why did just happen to be listening at that time anyway? Do we know?

I have seen that as well when they were originally posted - I bet they are there, just look through more of them - there were a couple of different individual headlines if I remember correctly

This is a good thought - the more I read through these I tend to agree with that, or what I earlier posted about media purposely writing disinfo to throw other media outlets off the next hot headline - thats just a thought though.

There was in fact absolutely no car bomb outside this building?.. I dont think so, and this headline was planted throughout that morning repeatedly, and then never retracted (at least at the point as to where I stopped reading)

Still seems most discrepancies lie at the Pentagon still. It has gone from a:

1. Helicopter

2. Military Helicopter

** I believe they called it a regular one first **

3. Gas/Explosion coming from area around Pentagon

4. McGuyver disabled a bomb on the helipad

5. Bomb blew up around helipad

6. Oh wait, nevermind it was a huge passenger airplane that actually hit the pentagon at an extraordinary angle (my next guess)

Ah, I was reading that from 3:00am till 11:30 am - no more haha

Remember there are at one point like 50 messages per second at least flying around so you may have to sift

Sounds official. Twinkle and Turq[uoise] apparently secret service codenames for Bush's daughters. No idea about 'Spamp and Sprinkle' or 'Angel', but sounds like other codenames for people and place. Same number receives other messages about suspect planes.

"Angel" was apparently the codename for Air Force 1. Regardless of the bias or information of the site, this is just a random pull from google.com to show an Angel reference: www.911myths.com...

Can't bring what down? What's everyone gonna know? Mind you this is just before or right at the time flight 11 hit the north tower. Wikipedia reports it hitting the tower at 8:46 but what's 1 minute? No routing info or anything on this one unfortunately would definitely help....

You can cross reference your leads, and combine the numbers by hitting control f and searching the numbers on the page...
