The human condition, the ego, the id won't allow such a person as Jesus to exist, people in power would fear Jesus, people without power would fear Jesus, None would trust Jesus claims. Humans kill first, ask questions later, love does not exist when fear is present in a person.

Thats what i do not get about all these so called christians, why in fact would hate jesus if he where alive today.

Bunch of hypocrites, saying they would follow him and all that.

You got it spot on, the polcie would be trying to frame him, homophobes would want to beat him up for not fancying females. People would not like the mental abilities he would have.

They would have so much fear in them of him, alot of these socalled christians never really think about the real world, in this situation.

Let's put this into perspective, so there is no confusion if he does appear in our lifetime.

It will be an aerial event, that everyoone will see and it will be so unique, that every cell that makes up your physical body will immediately comprehend what is about to take place. Just as people having heart attacks during earthquakes - mens hearts will fail them knowing what is about to take place. This is not some sissy returning to make peace, he's returning to take charge.

While most men will be crapping their manties, he will touch down on the western outskirts of Jordan, from the exact place he ascended from - the Mount of Olives.

Rumor has it - he's not going to be in a very good mood.

if jesus was alive today he would shake his head in amazment as to how far "christians" have twisted "his" words.

after that he would probobly go and get drunk, get laid with a harlot and engage in homosexual activity towards the dawning of the next morning.

When He does come you guys won't have a chance to mock scourge or spit on Him. It will be the most glorious and terrifying event in all of human history, and He will be here to give judgment on the nations. I wouldn't mess with the Son of God, especially after reading about what He will do at Armageddon to all the stupid men in the war and all the fallen angels in that war. Yikes. Maitreya's finished after that. Don't take that mark either. He'll be killing many many people and aliens(fallen angels and Anti-Christ) as well.

If the Jesus came to earth now in human form like the first time (hypothetically speaking of course due to the fact, as mentioned, we believe the next time Jesus returns it will be with full glory) and we knew it was indeed the real deal (and not an impostor), He would most likely be met with split reception.

Of course you mean the second time don't you as we know he'd already mad a couple of appearances in his yahweh guise.

Of course you cannot prove there ever was a first time to begin with, nevertheless how exactly would you know this person was indeed the person refereed to in the gopsels ?

What attributes of this character would compel you with certainty that he is the jesus you choose to believe in ?

Because he says so ?

He has a beard and wears sandals ?

He displays stigmata ?

Because your pastor tells you ?

he tells you something about yourself that no one else would know ?

He spits in the eyes of a couple of blind kids and they start to see ?

So what exactly is meant by "Full of glory" if it has any meaning at all ?

Did not yahweh/jesusgod appear in all his glory the first couple of times he popped down to visit that which it created ?

Why is it do you think, that an omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent being would feel the need to disguise certain of its' attributes from those it is trying to communicate with yet reveal itself ,thousands of years later to those who were not persuaded due to lack of evidence ?

If you want to meet jesus why not pop over to talpiot where his remains are? Is this because you reject this jesus because he doesn't fit your bill ?

What if you are wrong ?

Jesus would be hanging out and keeping a low profile knowing what happened to him last time.He would hanging with the thieves and whores ya know the people he always hooked up with, and look in dismay at all these people who strut around with the "WJWD?t-shirts and key chains who claim to base their lives upon his teachings when they clearly greedy,self-interested hypocrites.

If Jesus was here today and revealed himself, he would be classed a nut job an thrown into an asylum and medicated.
If not then I agree with a previous poster, he would be seen as a terrorist for talking about his wisdom and the truth, Pretty much like he was in his own days.

Even the pope would not recognize him or would refuse too as it would be an end to his power over Catholics.

Do you not think he would have the brains, to work out if its dangerous to speak out?

I think it implies you wouldn't need to ask any further questions as to his authenticity at that point

Yes because that is what he did last time round, He was killed because he kept quiet about his wisdom.

So ok Jesus uses his brain and does not speak out, he then is no different to anyone else..

I knew it was wrong just as i pressed submit.

It would also be important which country he would of been born in today. Being born in one country is entirely different to another, for a man of his skills.

Problem also being even if he was born in a major Christian country, do you think he would be accepted by the people who believe in him ???
How many Christians like the status quo ??? how many church leaders like the status quo. I think it would be a very dangerous for Jesus to return, even to return to his own followers.

BTW Andy, I like your own quote on socialism in your signature...

I suspect that our Rabbi would not like the idea that persons out here in the West who style themselves 'Christians' have chosen to ignore circumcision and the post-Exilic Judaic Kashrut dietary laws both found explicated in the Torah

(cf: The book of Acts (whoever Luke was) where it is claimed that the apostle 'Peter' (aka R. Shimeon bar Yonah kaKephah, 'the Rock') challenges his own vision: 'Lord, I have never eaten anything that was not Kosher, or unclean in my whole life' !)

Nor would our good Rebbe like the idea of so many persons out here in the West today who style themselves 'followers of Jeezuzz' yet seem to think it is perfectly OK to be divorced, when the founder of their so-called religion specifically forbade divorce at all costs, repeated several times:

'Therefore a man leaves his mother and father and cleaves to his wife so the man becomes one bone with her: amen, amen I say unto you, what the Most High has woven together (i.e. as a garment, with woop and warf) let no son of man tear apart !'

'Amen Amen I say to you, that any man who divorces his wife and marries another, commits adultery...' (which carried the death penalty in those days, by stoning yet !)

Even Saul of Tarsus (who, admittedly, never met 'Iesous' in the flesh, only in dreams and visioins...) seemed to have had it handed down to him that 'the Lord' forbade divorce (1 Corinithians 7:10 )

1 Corinthians 7: 10-11ab

To the married ones among you, I give this command (but not from me, since it came from the Lord):

"A wife must never ever separate from her husband."

11 But if she does, she must remain as un-married or else she must be reconciled with her husband.

11b And a husband must never divorce his wife. "

Some modern day 'Christians' would object to what was apparently a hardened rule with this Rabbi (unlike his contemporaries, who were more lax on this subject, even the stone faced R, Shammai !) screaming that the first 'canonical' gospel ('Matthew' whoever he was) added the phrase 'except on the grounds of porneia' (i.e. could not produce the Blood Soaked Tokens of her Virginity = Deut 22:15, Deut 22:17 when a bride was not able to spill blood on the ritual sheet on the wedding night, i.e. not being a virgin) but this marginal gloss was not found in any of the older copies of the 3rd canoncial gospel ('Luke', whoever he was) or 'Matthew'or indeed of 'John' (whoever he was).

In 2nd Temple Judaiesm, the blood stained sheet (Heb. 'Betulim') of a Bride's Virginity was hung out to dry in public view and later given to the bride's parents as 'proof of her virginity in the event of a future cause for divorce.."

Yet in America in the year 2009, we find that 41% of all persons who style themselves 'Christians' (many of whom still attend church !!!) under the age of 55 are divorced and re-married AT LEAST ONCE !!!!

So much for Christians today following the purported words of Jeeezzuzzz !!

I think our Rabbi would not stop throwing up !!!!

"There will shortly come Another among you. He will stand tall among men with a shining countenance. This One will be attired in a single garment of the type now known to you.... His magic will be greater than any upon Earth--greater than the combined materialistic might of all the armies. And they who heed not his words shall be removed from the Earth.... there will be no mystery about the birth of the next world Avatar as there was about the birth of Krishna, Buddha, Jesus and others. This majestic Being will come among men dressed in the one piece suit usually worn by the Intelligences from other Planets.... He will have great powers which, by Karmic Law, He will be allowed to use in order to demonstrate to all men beyond all doubt, the Authority empowering Him to carry out His great Mission on Earth.... The power of this Being will be greater than mankind has ever seen before.... as to be almost terrible, for... 'They who heed not His words, shall be removed from the Earth.'"

Many Buddhists believe that Jesus was an emanation of the Deity named Avalokitshvara.
And the emanations have been numberless. Avalokiteshvara aided Shakyamuni Buddha
in light body form 2500 years ago. For evidence of this read the Prajnaparamita sutra.
Obviously I don't have time to name all his/her incarnations. (Light beings are non-dual
and not always gender specific though they are given a gender for the sake of the unenlightened.
And of course when they choose to emanate into a human body they choose
a gender according to what would benefit beings the most. )

Avalokitesvara emanated in human form as Jesus-as I said.
Therefore Avalokitesvara = Jesus
(Most people don't go deep enough and are not knowledgeable enough to understand
enlightened beings such as Jesus. And with limited deluded mind they try to limit Jesus
to one incarnation and do not understand that consciousness is infinite. Jesus doesn't just go
to some heaven and sit on his hands and become useless-that's retarded.)

Here's a brief list-since you asked:
King Trisong Detsun in the 8th century Tibet. A Peaceful, benevolent King
Then all subsequent incarnations of the Dalal Lama are emanations of
of Jesus/Avalokitesvara.
To reinvigorate Christianity Jesus/Avaloketisvara emanated as St. Francis of Assisi.
As well as a multitude of Christian Saints too numerous to mention.
When the current Dalai Lama (the 14th) visited Monticello in Virginia he mentioned
that Thomas Jefferson was an emanation of Avalokitesvara-therefore when people say
that this is a Christian nation they may want to look deeper into this.
In the 20th century I would guess that Padre Pio is an emanation as well as
Ghandhi and Martin Luther King Jr.
Jesus has lots of energy so don't give me some mental poverty line that Jesus can only
incarnate as one being at a time. These beings are not ordinary and since their compassion
is expansive each incarnation gets so much more life energy that they split into multitudes
of incarnations. That is why statues of Avalokitesvara are sometimes shown as multiplying
many heads.
The equation is Love/compassion gets more life energy whereas
hate/evil is a contraction of energy so that subsequent incarnations of evil people
end up being reborn as maggots, dung beetles-these incarnations are the hells actualized.

Christianity has a long track record of crushing civilizations, right?

This is the God of love you're talking about, right? The guy who said 'love thy neighbour as yourself'. right?

I think maybe you're the antichrist you've been looking for, dear friend.

Congrats! Your search is over.
