The Twist in a Short Story Writing Contest [WINNERS ANNOUNCED]

Is there a word count limit? I know it is a short story, but how short should it be?

I think I may enter this one. The topic is quite intriguing.

The story needs to be approximately 500 words or more.

There is nothing more interesting to read than a smart twist

Having the ability to use ANY theme is nice. The mind just boggles at the possibilities. The real test will be in how shocking the twist will be.



Don't put your back out doing that twist.

Loved the video! ( My highschool principal sang that at a talent contest many moons ago, and brought down the house.... ahhhh the good old days.... )

I've been working on something 'twisty', and this might just be the 'inspiration' to get me off my duff and get it finished! I'm in.....

I am so entering this. I've already got at least one idea that's withstood the "3 day bad idea" test. It might take me a while, though, since I haven't even started on my first draft of it...
