It’s not a UFO of course, it’s a driving car/truck that just appears seconds after the explosion.
I studied this very thoroughly some months ago and did get the idea that this could, I said could be the car that scattered some of the brand-new plane parts like this

on the lawn in order to let it look as if it came from that claimed crashed Boeing 757 airplane which I do not believe.

Yes, definitely a UFO and not a Security Car. There's always way more UFO's at the Pentagon than Security Cars anyway. And they love arriving at the scene when emergencies happen. Case closed.

Oh! The reason the flying object doesn't look like an airplane in that video, is because you can only see its tail sticking up from behind that yellow box! The white slug-shaped spot is a smoke or dust trail.

If you ignore perspective and the way the lens change the perspective, yes, but in that case you could also think that the Pentagon was higher on this side than on the far away side...
